เมื่อวันเสาร์ที่ 23 พฤศจิกายน 2567 นายนาวา จันทนสุรคน รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ได้รับเกียรติเป็นวิทยากรร่วมเสวนาให้ความรู้หลักสูตรผู้นำยุทธศาสตร์ด้านการค้าและการพัฒนา (Leadership Program on Trade and Development Strategy) ซึ่งจัดโดยสถาบันระหว่างประเทศเพื่อการค้าและการพัฒนา (องค์การมหาชน) ร่วมกับ สถาบันบัณฑิตบริหารธุรกิจศศินทร์แห่งจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ณ ห้องประชุม 110 ชั้น 1 ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์
การบรรยายดังกล่าว นายนาวา ได้มีข้อเสนอเกี่ยวกับผู้ประกอบการไทยว่าควรมีการเตรียมพร้อมในการรับมือ เพื่อส่งเสริมการแข่งขันภายใต้นโยบาย Trump 2.0 โดยมีการเตรียมแผนรองรับความเสี่ยงในการดำเนินธุรกิจ การสร้างความร่วมมือทางธุรกิจในประเทศที่เป็นพันธมิตรสหรัฐฯ การส่งเสริมให้เกิดการสร้างซัพพลายเชน (Supply Chain) ภายในประเทศและยกระดับสินค้าไปสู่สินค้าที่มีมูลค่าสูง (High Value Products) และการเตรียมความพร้อมและรองรับการลงทุนจากต่างประเทศ เพื่อให้ไทยส่งออกและขยายการลงทุนไปยังสหรัฐฯ และประเทศพันธมิตรของสหรัฐฯ เพื่อใช้ประโยชน์ในด้านภาษี ทั้งนี้ การบรรยายดังกล่าว มีผู้เข้ารับฟังบรรยายกว่า 80 ท่าน
On Saturday, November 23, 2024, Mr. Nava Janthanasurakorn, Vice President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), had the honor of being a speaker in a discussion on the Leadership Program on Trade and Development Strategy, organized by the International Institute for Trade and Development (Public Organization) in collaboration with the Sasin School of Management at Chulalongkorn University at Meeting Room 110, 1st Floor, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
During the lecture, Mr. Nava proposed that Thai entrepreneurs should prepare to cope with the competition under the Trump 2.0 policy. This includes planning to mitigate business risks, fostering business collaborations with countries allied with the United States, promoting the establishment of a domestic supply chain, elevating products to high-value products, and preparing to accommodate foreign investments to enable Thailand to export and expand investments to the United States and its allied countries to leverage tax benefits. Notably, more than 80 attendees participated in this lecture.
