เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 30 มกราคม 2568 สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) นำโดยนายกฤษณ์ เชาว์บวร ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมกลุ่มจังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งอ่าวไทยและประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดพัทลุง นายตริน พงษ์เภตรา เลขาธิการสภาอุตสาหกรรมกลุ่มจังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งอ่าวไทยและประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี นางวานิช หวังภัทราวานิช ประธานอาวุโสสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช และ ดร.พลกฤษณ์ คล้ายวิตภัทร ที่ปรึกษาสภาอุตสาหกรรมภาคใต้ เข้าร่วมการประชุมบูรณาการร่วมภาครัฐและเอกชน เพื่อพัฒนากลุ่มจังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งอ่าวไทย (สงขลา สุราษฎร์ธานี ชุมพร นครศรีธรรมราช และจังหวัดพัทลุง) โดยมีนายพีระพันธุ์ สาลีรัฐวิภาค รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงพลังงาน เป็นประธานการประชุม ณ ห้องแกรนด์ บอลรูม ชั้น 1 โรงแรมรามาการ์เด้นส์ เขตหลักสี่ กรุงเทพฯ
ในที่ประชุม ได้มีการพิจารณาข้อเสนอประเด็น และวาระการพัฒนากลุ่มจังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งอ่าวไทย โดยมีโครงการสำคัญที่มีความพร้อมและดำเนินการแล้วเสร็จภายใน 1 ปี จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 23 โครงการ งบประมาณ 300 ล้านบาท และโครงการพัฒนาจังหวัดและกลุ่มจังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งอ่าวไทยของภาคเอกชน (กรอ. กลุ่มจังหวัด) จำนวน 33 โครงการ งบประมาณ 381,465,586.75 บาท ทั้งนี้ สำนักงานพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ (สศช.) ได้กำหนดแนวทางปฎิบัตภารกิจ ลงพื้นที่ตรวจราชการของคณะรัฐมนตรีในพื้นที่กลุ่มจังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งอ่าวไทย รวมถึงการปฎิบัติของหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องและการจัดประชุมบูรณาการร่วมภาครัฐและเอกชนเพื่อพัฒนากลุ่มจังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งอ่าวไทย เพื่อจัดทำข้อเสนอประเด็นและวาระการพัฒนากลุ่มจังหวัด เสนอต่อที่ประชุมคณะรัฐมนตรีอย่างเป็นทางการ ครั้งที่ 1/2568 ณ จังหวัดสงขลา
On Thursday, January 30, 2025, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), led by Mr. Krit Chaoobworn, Chairman of the FTI Southern Provinces Group and Chairman of the Industry Council of Phatthalung Province, Mr.trin Phongpetrak, Secretary-General of the FTI Southern Provinces Group and Chairman of the Industry Council of Surat Thani Province, Mrs. Wanish Wangphataravanit, Senior Chairman of the Industry Council of Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, and Dr. Polkrit Klaisoopitpat, Advisor to the Southern Industry Council, participated in an integration meeting with public and private sectors aimed at developing the Southern Provinces Group along the Gulf of Thailand (Songkhla, Surat Thani, Chumphon, Nakhon Si Thammarat, and Phatthalung provinces). The meeting was presided over by Mr. Piyaphan Sariratwipak, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy, at the Grand Ballroom on the 1st floor of Rama Gardens Hotel, Lak Si District, Bangkok.
The meeting considered proposals and agendas for the development of the Southern Provinces Group along the Gulf of Thailand, with a total of 23 key projects ready and expected to be completed within one year, with a budget of 300 million baht. Additionally, there were 33 projects for the development of provinces and the Southern Provinces Group proposed by the private sector (Provincial Group) with a budget of 381,465,586.75 baht. The National Economic and Social Development Council (NESDC) has established operational guidelines for the Cabinet's area inspections in the Southern Provinces Group, as well as the practices of related agencies and the organization of integration meetings with public and private sectors to develop the Southern Provinces Group along the Gulf of Thailand, in order to prepare proposals and agendas for development to be submitted to the official Cabinet meeting No. 1/2025 in Songkhla Province.
