เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 9 กรกฎาคม 2569 คณะกรรมการร่วมภาคเอกชน 3 สถาบัน (กกร.) จัดการประชุมชี้แจงโครงการ Reinvent Thailand พี่ช่วยน้อง x PromptBiz ร่วมขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจไทย เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจและผลักดันการใช้ PromptBiz ซึ่งเป็นโครงสร้างพื้นฐานสำหรับการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลทางธุรกิจ ช่วยเพิ่มโอกาสให้ผู้ประกอบการ โดยเฉพาะ SMEs เข้าถึงแหล่งเงินทุนได้ง่ายขึ้น ณ ส.อ.ท.
ในการประชุม นางพิมพ์ใจ ลี้อิสสระนุกูล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) กล่าวต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมงาน พร้อมด้วย ดร.เบญจรงค์ สุวรรณคีรี ที่ปรึกษาของรองนายกรัฐมนตรี กล่าวถึงมาตรการ Quick Big Win ด้าน SME และการขับเคลื่อน PromptBiz ของภาครัฐ โดยมีคณะผู้บริหารให้การต้อนรับ ประกอบด้วย นายวีรชัย มั่นสินธร และนายไพรัตน์ เอื้อชูยศ รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. นายปณิธาน ปวโรฬารวิทยา เลขาธิการ ส.อ.ท. นายวุฒิชัย เหลืองอมรเลิศ กรรมการรองเลขาธิการหอการค้าไทย นายสยาม ประสิทธิศิริกุล กรรมการเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร ธนาคารกรุงศรีอยุธยา จำกัด (มหาชน) นายธวัชชัย ชีวานนท์ ประธานผู้บริหาร Product & Business Solutions ธนาคารกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ตลอดจนผู้บริหารจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคการเงิน ผู้ประกอบการ และหน่วยงานพันธมิตร
PromptBiz เป็นระบบที่เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ประกอบการนำข้อมูลการซื้อขายจริง เช่น Purchase Order (PO) และ Invoice มาใช้ประกอบการขอสินเชื่อกับสถาบันการเงิน ช่วยเพิ่มสภาพคล่อง ลดข้อจำกัดด้านหลักทรัพย์ค้ำประกัน และยกระดับศักยภาพการแข่งขันของธุรกิจไทย พร้อมทั้งเสริมความแข็งแกร่งของห่วงโซ่อุปทานผ่านการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลดิจิทัลที่มีมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยและการคุ้มครองข้อมูลตามระบบ Consent
ที่ประชุมยังได้แลกเปลี่ยนแนวทางการดำเนินโครงการในระยะแรก ซึ่งจะมุ่งเน้นการสนับสนุน Supplier Financing เพื่อให้ SMEs เข้าถึงแหล่งเงินทุนได้รวดเร็วขึ้น รวมถึงหารือแนวทางสร้างการรับรู้และความเข้าใจแก่ผู้ประกอบการ เพื่อส่งเสริมการเข้าร่วมโครงการในวงกว้าง อันจะนำไปสู่การยกระดับระบบนิเวศทางธุรกิจ เสริมความแข็งแกร่งของเศรษฐกิจไทย และสร้างการเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนในระยะยาว
On Thursday, July 9, 2026, the Joint Private Sector Committee of three institutions (JCC) held a meeting to explain the Reinvent Thailand program helping each other x PromptBiz, aiming to drive the Thai economy. The meeting aimed to create understanding and promote the use of PromptBiz, which serves as the infrastructure for business data exchange, thereby increasing opportunities for entrepreneurs, especially SMEs, to access funding sources more easily at the FTI.
During the meeting, Mrs. Pimjai Leeissaranukul, Chairwoman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), welcomed the attendees along with Dr. Benjapong Suwankiri, Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister, who discussed the Quick Big Win measures for SMEs and the government's promotion of PromptBiz. The executive team welcoming the attendees included Mr. Weerachai Munsinthorn and Mr. Phairat Uachuyos, Vice Chairmen of the FTI, Mr. Panithan Pawarolarvithya, Secretary-General of the FTI, Mr. Wuttichai Luang-Umroa, Deputy Secretary-General of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Siam Prasitsirikul, Executive Officer of Krungsri Bank Public Company Limited, and Mr. Thawatchai Chiwana, Head of Product & Business Solutions at Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited, as well as executives from government agencies, financial sectors, entrepreneurs, and partner organizations.
PromptBiz is a system that allows entrepreneurs to utilize real transaction data, such as Purchase Orders (PO) and Invoices, to support their loan applications with financial institutions, which enhances liquidity, reduces collateral constraints, and boosts the competitive potential of Thai businesses. It also strengthens the supply chain through the connectivity of digital data that meets security standards and data protection in accordance with the Consent system.
The meeting further exchanged views on the implementation strategies for the initial phase, focusing on supporting Supplier Financing to enable SMEs to access funding sources more quickly. It also discussed creating awareness and understanding among entrepreneurs to promote widespread participation in the program, which will lead to the elevation of the business ecosystem, strengthen the Thai economy, and foster sustainable growth in the long term.
