ส.อ.ท. หนุน SME ลำปาง เสริมศักยภาพการเงิน เข้าถึงแหล่งทุนFTI Supports Lampang SMEs to Enhance Financial Capability and Access to Funding

On Friday, July 25, 2025, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), through the Institute of Small and Medium Enterprises in Manufacturing (ISME), organized the event “Promoting FTI Members in Financial Matters (Money Matters… Always Important)” to enhance entrepreneurs' capability in financial management and to provide opportunities for sustainable access to funding at the Kingkanok Room, 1st Floor, Asia Lampang Hotel, Lampang Province.

The event was honored by Mr. Boonsak Chaisutthiwong, President of the Lampang Provincial Industrial Council, who delivered the welcome address, and Mr. Apichit Pasaroprat, Vice President of FTI, who officially opened the event, emphasizing the economic drive through the 4GO policy: Go Digital & AI, Go Innovation, Go Global, and Go Green, along with promoting benefits for members.

During the event, Mr. Phichit Mitrawong, Managing Director of the Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand (SME Bank), presented the Government Policy Transaction Account Loan (PSA) products to empower SMEs to grow sustainably. FTI executives were present, including Dr. Jiraporn Wiriya Pongsakul, Mr. Chanit Chanchai Narong, Vice President of ISME, and Mr. Amornphan Poonsawat, ISME Board Member, along with representatives from partner agencies from both the public and private sectors in Lampang Province, such as the Provincial Industry Office, Provincial Treasury Office, Excise Department, Treasury Department, Chamber of Commerce, and Lampang Bankers Association.

Highlights of the event included:
- SME D Bank introduced loans for FTI members with a total amount of 30 billion baht.
- Kasikorn Bank (KBank) introduced home refinancing loans, Assist Home loans, and personal loans.
- Asset Management Company, Ltd. (SAM) promoted the management of Non-Performing Assets (NPA) for business enhancement, along with techniques for creating additional income.
- National Credit Bureau (NCB) provided knowledge on preparing for good credit to enhance loan approval opportunities.
- GS1 Thailand presented guidelines for barcode issuance and product standards for entry into the global market.

The atmosphere of the event witnessed over 150 entrepreneurs from the northern region, reflecting the awareness and genuine demand for access to funding. This activity is another demonstration of FTI's commitment to strengthening Thai SMEs to achieve stable and sustainable growth in a rapidly changing business world.
