แพลตฟอร์ม “DX by SME D Bank” มีโมดูลบริการสำคัญสำหรับผู้ประกอบการ เช่น
1. E-Learning รวบรวมความรู้สำคัญ ช่วยเพิ่มศักยภาพการประกอบธุรกิจ เรียนรู้ได้ด้วยตัวเองตลอด 24 ชม. เบื้องต้นมีมากกว่า 30 หลักสูตร เรียนจบรับเอกสารการันตี (E-Certificate)

3. SME D Market ช่องทางขยายตลาดด้วย E-marketplace และจับคู่ธุรกิจ (Business Matching)
4. Business Health Check ระบบตรวจสุขภาพธุรกิจได้ด้วยตัวเอง และ

On April 25, 2024, Mr. Ek Buraphong, Director and Deputy Secretary of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Institute (SMI), represented the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) at the launch ceremony of the platform “DX by SME D Bank.” The event was honored by Mr. Mogul Posyapisit, Deputy Managing Director of SME D Bank, who delivered the opening remarks, emphasizing the bank's role as a leader in development banking and its efforts to elevate entrepreneurial services to the next level. The intelligent platform “DX by SME D Bank” integrates efforts from over 50 public agencies, private sectors, and educational institutions into the SMEs Total Solution Center, providing comprehensive business enhancement services for SME operators to meet all their needs in one place. Services include 24/7 E-Learning for essential knowledge, the SME D Coach business advisory system, SME D Market for expanding market access, Business Health Check for business health assessments, and registration for activities aimed at enhancing capabilities, along with various benefits under SME D Privilege at the SME D BANK TOWER (Headquarters).
The “DX by SME D Bank” platform features key service modules for entrepreneurs such as:
1. E-Learning, compiling essential knowledge to enhance business operations, enabling self-study 24 hours a day, with over 30 initial courses available, awarding certificates upon completion (E-Certificate).
2. SME D Coach, featuring business advisors from over 30 professional coaches, with consultation options available both online and offline, along with the ability to book in-person sessions at convenience.

These benefits include support from the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion (OSMEP) for co-payment of up to 200,000 baht towards business development. Moreover, the Department of Industrial Promotion (DIP) enhances access to funding sources through the “Soaring SME Project” with guaranteed support, and offers free access to Builk code for one project on BUILK.COM, along with a 20% discount on Training Workshops. There are also trial sales opportunities on the Amazon.com platform for 3 months, TikTok Ads Credit to boost sales on TikTok for Business, and access to the ERP system for store management for 3 months. Furthermore, Aappoint prepares a restaurant reservation system to help increase sales for use over 3 months, among others. The target for 2024 is to have over 20,000 applicants for the “DX MEMBER” status.
