วันที่ 13 มกราคม 2568 นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) พร้อมด้วย นายปรนนท์ ฐิตะวรรโณ รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และประธานสถาบันเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่ออุตสาหกรรม (ICTI) และ คณะกรรมการ ส.อ.ท. ร่วมพิธีจัดทำบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือด้านการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรม ระหว่างกรมส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรม กระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม กับสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ขานรับนโยบาย “ปฏิรูปอุตสาหกรรม สู่เศรษฐกิจยุคใหม่ ทันสมัย สะอาด สะดวก โปร่งใส” พัฒนาผู้ประกอบการไทยด้วยการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ยกระดับการผลิตสู่อุตสาหกรรม 4.0 และ 5.0 พร้อมก้าวเข้าสู่องค์กรแห่งความยั่งยืน เพิ่มศักยภาพการผลิตและขีดความสามารถการแข่งขันของประเทศ คาดจะสามารถเพิ่มมูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจได้มากกว่า 1 ร้อยล้านบาท โดยภายในงานได้รับเกียรติจากนายเอกนัฏ พร้อมพันธุ์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม เป็นประธานในพิธี ณ โรงแรม แกรนด์ เมอร์เคียว กรุงเทพ เอเทรียม
นายณัฐพล รังสิตพล ปลัดกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม เปิดเผยว่า ตามนโยบาย “ปฏิรูปอุตสาหกรรม สู่เศรษฐกิจยุคใหม่ ทันสมัย สะอาด สะดวก โปร่งใส” ของนายเอกนัฏ พร้อมพันธุ์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม เน้นการปฏิรูปทั้งระบบของภาคอุตสาหกรรมตั้งแต่ต้นน้ำไปจนถึงปลายน้ำ รวมทั้งปรับปรุงการทำงานของกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมให้สอดรับต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลก รวมทั้งการส่งเสริมให้ผู้ประกอบการไทยนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเข้ามาประยุกต์ใช้ในทุกขั้นตอน เพื่อให้ใช้ศักยภาพที่มีอยู่อย่างเต็มที่ ซึ่งหากอุตสาหกรรมไทยเข้มแข็ง ก็จะเป็นเครื่องจักรสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ และมีความสามารถในการแข่งขันสูงขึ้นในระยะยาว
“กระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม มุ่งมั่นที่จะพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมให้เท่าทันการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเศรษฐกิจยุคใหม่ให้เติมเต็มห่วงโซ่อุตสาหกรรมในปัจจุบัน และมีระบบการผลิตที่คำนึงถึงสิ่งแวดล้อม และดำเนินธุรกิจบนพื้นฐานของความยั่งยืน เพื่อให้ภาคอุตสาหกรรมเป็นเครื่องยนต์ขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจไทยให้มีความเข้มแข็ง ซึ่งทั้งหมดนี้เป็นภารกิจที่ตั้งใจเดินหน้าโดยเร็วที่สุด เพื่อให้ประเทศไทยเติบโตได้อย่างยั่งยืน”
นางสาวณัฏฐิญา เนตยสุภา อธิบดีกรมส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรม กล่าวว่า ปัจจุบันเทคโนโลยีมีการพัฒนาอย่างรวดเร็ว การเปลี่ยนแปลงของอุตสาหกรรมทั่วโลกย่อมเป็นสิ่งที่หลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้ ดังนั้น การส่งเสริมและพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมสู่อนาคต ด้วยการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล เพื่อสร้างประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดในการผลิต และบริการ รวมถึงสามารถพัฒนานวัตกรรมใหม่ ๆ ที่ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของตลาดในยุคดิจิทัล เป็นจุดเปลี่ยนสำคัญในการ “ผลัดใบเศรษฐกิจ” ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ให้กับประเทศไทย รวมทั้งมุ่งสู่การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนในทุกภาคส่วน
การจัดทำบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือด้านการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรม ระหว่างกรมส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรม กระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม กับ สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ในครั้งนี้ นับเป็นความร่วมมือครั้งสำคัญในการยกระดับศักยภาพของภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทยให้มีขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันและเกิดความเชื่อมโยงความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชน ด้วยการขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรมภาคการผลิต ในการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลนำไปสู่อุตสาหกรรม 4.0 และ 5.0 ทั้งการพัฒนาบุคลากรให้มีความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญทั้งด้านเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล
ด้านการพัฒนาต่อยอดกระบวนการผลิต และด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ในการยกระดับศักยภาพและการเพิ่มขีดความสามารถ
ในการแข่งขันสู่ระดับสากล คาดจะสามารถเพิ่มมูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจได้มากกว่า 100 ล้านบาท
“ความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้ ถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาความร่วมมือและการประสานงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพระหว่างหน่วยงานภาครัฐ และภาคเอกชน เพื่อร่วมกันพัฒนางาน แก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการส่งเสริม การพัฒนาผู้ประกอบการเอสเอ็มอีและการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพทางเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ รวมถึงการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนให้ดียิ่งขึ้น”
นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) กล่าวว่า ความร่วมมือกับ ดีพร้อมในครั้งนี้ จะเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการเพิ่มศักยภาพผู้ประกอบการเอสเอ็มอีไทยในด้านเทคโนโลยีการผลิต โดย กรมส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรม หรือ ดีพร้อม และ ส.อ.ท. จะเข้าไปให้การส่งเสริม สนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการภาคอุตสาหกรรมและเครือข่ายภาคอุตสาหกรรม เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพและความสามารถทางการแข่งขัน การพัฒนา ด้วยการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลนำไปสู่อุตสาหกรรม 4.0 หรือ อุตสาหกรรม 5.0 อาทิ ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร การพัฒนากระบวนการผลิต และการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ นอกจากนี้ ยังร่วมกันให้การสนับสนุน ส่งเสริม พัฒนาบุคลากรในภาคอุตสาหกรรมและบุคคลทั่วไปให้มีความตระหนักและสามารถเพิ่มทักษะด้านการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล รวมทั้งเผยแพร่ข้อมูลทางด้านวิชาการที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อภาคอุตสาหกรรม สังคม ชุมชน และบุคคลทั่วไป รวมทั้งยังได้บูรณาการความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงานภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนเพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของวิสาหกิจที่เข้าร่วมโครงการ โดยความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้มีระยะเวลารวม 3 ปี โดย โครงการนี้ ได้ตั้งเป้าหมายที่จะช่วยเหลือผู้ประกอบการที่เป็นสมาชิก ส.อ.ท. กว่า 16,000 ราย จะเป็นการยกระดับและเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันให้กับภาคอุตสาหกรรม ส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นผู้ประกอบการ SMEs จะได้รับการพัฒนาภายใต้ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้ จะเป็นแบบอย่างให้ผู้ประกอบการเอสเอ็มอีรายอื่น ๆ ใช้เป็นต้นแบบในการยกระดับภาคการผลิตต่อไปในอนาคต
“การปรับตัวไปสู่ยุคอุตสาหกรรม 4.0 และ 5.0 เป็นส่วนสำคัญที่จะช่วยเพิ่มศักยภาพการแข่งขันของภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทยให้เหนือกว่าประเทศคู่แข่ง เนื่องจากจะช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ และลดต้นทุนการผลิต รวมทั้งยังช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในด้าน ESG หรือการผลิตที่ยั่งยืน ไม่ส่งผลกระทบด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ตลาดทั่วโลกให้ความสำคัญมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ สิ่งนี้จะทำให้สินค้าไทยก้าวข้ามกำแพงการกีดกันด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมได้เหนือกว่าประเทศอื่น”
On January 13, 2025, Mr. Kriangkrai Theeranukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), together with Mr. Parnnont Thitavornno, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and President of the Institute of Information and Communication Technology for Industry (ICTI), and the FTI Board of Directors, participated in the signing ceremony of a memorandum of cooperation for promoting and developing the industry between the Department of Industrial Promotion, Ministry of Industry, and the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), responding to the policy of "Industrial Reform towards a Modern, Clean, Convenient, and Transparent Economy" aimed at developing Thai entrepreneurs through the use of digital technology to elevate production to Industry 4.0 and 5.0, while advancing to sustainable organizations to increase production capacity and enhance the country's competitiveness. It is expected to add over 100 million baht in economic value. The event was honored by Mr. Aeknatt Prompan, Minister of Industry, as the ceremony chairman at the Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium hotel.
Mr. Natthapol Rangsitpol, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Industry, revealed that according to the policy of "Industrial Reform towards a Modern, Clean, Convenient, and Transparent Economy" of Mr. Aeknatt Prompan, Minister of Industry, there is an emphasis on reforming the entire industrial sector from upstream to downstream, as well as improving the operations of the Ministry of Industry to align with global changes, including promoting Thai entrepreneurs to apply digital technology at every step to fully utilize existing potential. If the Thai industry is strong, it will be a crucial engine driving the country's economy with enhanced long-term competitiveness.
"The Ministry of Industry is committed to developing the industry to keep pace with changes in the modern economy, to fulfill the current industrial supply chain, and to have a production system that considers the environment, conducting business based on sustainability, so that the industrial sector becomes an engine driving the Thai economy to be robust. All of this is a mission that we intend to advance as quickly as possible to ensure that Thailand can grow sustainably,"
Ms. Natthiya Nethyasupha, Director-General of the Department of Industrial Promotion, stated that currently technology is developing rapidly, and the transformation of industries worldwide is inevitable. Therefore, promoting and developing the industry towards the future through the application of digital technology to create maximum efficiency in production and services, as well as being able to develop new innovations that meet market demands in the digital age, is a critical turning point in the "Economic Transformation" in the 21st century for Thailand, aiming also for sustainable development in all sectors.
The signing of the memorandum of cooperation for promoting and developing the industry between the Department of Industrial Promotion, Ministry of Industry, and the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) this time represents a significant collaboration to elevate the competitiveness potential of the Thai industrial sector and achieve connectivity between public and private agencies through the advancement of the manufacturing industry by applying digital technology towards Industry 4.0 and 5.0 in areas such as workforce development to possess expertise in digital technology, enhancing production processes, and product development to enhance competitiveness on a global scale, with an expectation of adding over 100 million baht in economic value.
"This collaboration represents a significant step towards developing cooperation and effective coordination between public and private sectors to jointly enhance work, address various issues, which will benefit the promotion of SMEs and strengthen the economic potential of the country, including improving the quality of life for the populace,"
Mr. Kriangkrai Theeranukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), stated that this collaboration with DIPROM will be crucial in enhancing the competitiveness potential of Thai SMEs in terms of production technology. The Department of Industrial Promotion (DIPROM) and FTI will support industrial sector operators and the industrial network to increase their competitiveness capacity through the application of digital technology leading to Industry 4.0 or 5.0, such as workforce development, improving production processes and product development. Additionally, support and promote workforce development in the industrial sector and the general public to raise awareness and enhance skills in applying digital technology, along with disseminating beneficial academic information for the industrial sector, society, communities, and the public. There will also be an integration of cooperation between public and private sectors to strengthen the enterprises participating in the project. This cooperation is set for a duration of three years, with the goal of assisting over 16,000 FTI member entrepreneurs to elevate and enhance the competitiveness of the industrial sector, particularly benefiting SMEs under this cooperation which will serve as a model for other SMEs to follow for enhancing the manufacturing sector in the future.
"The transition to Industry 4.0 and 5.0 is crucial in helping increase the competitive potential of the Thai industrial sector to exceed that of competing countries as it will enhance efficiency and reduce production costs, while also improving sustainability in terms of ESG or sustainable production that does not adversely impact the environment, which is increasingly prioritized by global markets. This will enable Thai products to overcome environmental trade barriers more effectively than other countries."
