ส.อ.ท. เดินหน้าเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายความร่วมมือในเวทีการค้าและเศรษฐกิจระหว่างประเทศ ติดตามทิศทางการค้าโลกและการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญ ทั้งภูมิรัฐศาสตร์ ห่วงโซ่อุปทาน ดิจิทัล AI และความยั่งยืน เพื่อแสวงหาโอกาสและแนวทางสนับสนุนภาคธุรกิจไทยให้สามารถปรับตัวและแข่งขันในตลาดโลก
เมื่อวันที่ 23 กันยายน 2569 นางสาวนุตรา อุตมาภินันท์ กรรมการและเลขานุการสายงานอาเซียนและโลจิสติกส์ สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) เข้าร่วมงานสัมมนา Southeast Asia Trade and Development Forum 2026 ภายใต้หัวข้อ “The Voice of ASEAN: Transforming Crises into Opportunities” เพื่อร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและประสบการณ์ระหว่างผู้แทนภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน ภาควิชาการ และองค์การระหว่างประเทศ เกี่ยวกับทิศทางเศรษฐกิจและการค้าของอาเซียน ท่ามกลางความท้าทายจากสถานการณ์ภูมิรัฐศาสตร์ การเปลี่ยนแปลงของระบบการค้าโลก การเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่เศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล และการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน โดยมุ่งส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระดับภูมิภาค เพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน และแสวงหาแนวทางเปลี่ยนความท้าทายให้เป็นโอกาสทางเศรษฐกิจ จัดโดยสถาบันระหว่างประเทศเพื่อการค้าและการพัฒนา (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ ITD ณ โรงแรม Waldorf Astoria Bangkok กรุงเทพมหานคร
ภายในงาน มีการบรรยายพิเศษและเสวนาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญระดับนานาชาติใน 3 หัวข้อสำคัญ ได้แก่ “Navigating Global Trade in a Fragmented World: The Future of Multilateralism and ASEAN” โดย ดร.ศุภชัย พานิชภักดิ์ อดีตเลขาธิการ UNCTAD และอดีตผู้อำนวยการใหญ่ WTO ว่าด้วยทิศทางการค้าโลกและบทบาทของอาเซียนท่ามกลางความท้าทายทางภูมิรัฐศาสตร์ ต่อด้วยหัวข้อ “Shaping a Shared Regional Future: Advancing ASEAN in Turbulent Times” โดย Dr. Stephen N. Ndegwa ผู้แทนธนาคารโลก ซึ่งมุ่งเน้นการเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจ การค้าและการลงทุน และการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน รวมถึงการเสวนาหัวข้อ “From Vision to Action: ASEAN’s Next Chapter” ที่เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองเกี่ยวกับการบูรณาการทางเศรษฐกิจ การเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่ดิจิทัล และการยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของอาเซียน
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการหารือร่วมกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย (Stakeholder Consultation Discussion) ใน 3 หัวข้อสำคัญ ได้แก่ “Supply Chains Transformation: Trade, Investment and Development Nexus” ว่าด้วยการเปลี่ยนผ่านห่วงโซ่อุปทานและความเชื่อมโยงด้านการค้า การลงทุน และการพัฒนา “The Promises and Perils of Artificial Intelligence: Opportunities and Challenges for the 21st Century” ว่าด้วยโอกาสและความท้าทายจากปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) และ “Addressing Sustainability Challenges: Practical Insights, Policy and Regulatory Perspectives” ว่าด้วยการรับมือกับความท้าทายด้านความยั่งยืน โดยผลจากการหารือจะนำไปสู่การจัดทำข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบาย Bangkok Policy Briefs 2026 เพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและการค้าของภูมิภาคอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป
FTI is advancing its efforts to connect networks of cooperation in international trade and economic forums, monitoring global trade trends and significant changes in geopolitical dynamics, supply chains, digitalization, AI, and sustainability, in order to seek opportunities and support avenues for Thai businesses to adapt and compete in the global market.
On September 23, 2026, Ms. Nutra Utmaphinan, a committee member and secretary of the ASEAN and Logistics division of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), attended the Southeast Asia Trade and Development Forum 2026, under the theme "The Voice of ASEAN: Transforming Crises into Opportunities". This event aimed to exchange opinions and experiences among representatives from the government, private sector, academia, and international organizations regarding the economic and trade directions of ASEAN amidst challenges posed by geopolitical situations, shifts in the global trade system, the transition to a digital economy, and sustainable development, with a focus on promoting regional cooperation, enhancing competitiveness, and finding ways to turn challenges into economic opportunities. The event was organized by the International Institute for Trade and Development (Public Organization) or ITD, at the Waldorf Astoria Bangkok in Bangkok.
The event featured keynote speeches and discussions from international experts on three important topics: "Navigating Global Trade in a Fragmented World: The Future of Multilateralism and ASEAN," by Dr. Supachai Panitchpakdi, former Secretary-General of UNCTAD and former Director-General of WTO, discussing global trade directions and ASEAN's role amidst geopolitical challenges; "Shaping a Shared Regional Future: Advancing ASEAN in Turbulent Times," by Dr. Stephen N. Ndegwa from the World Bank, focusing on enhancing economic cooperation, trade and investment, and sustainable development; and a discussion titled "From Vision to Action: ASEAN’s Next Chapter," providing an opportunity for experts from various sectors to exchange views on economic integration, the transition to digital, and improving ASEAN's competitiveness.
In addition, there were stakeholder consultation discussions on three important topics: "Supply Chains Transformation: Trade, Investment and Development Nexus," addressing the transformation of supply chains and the links between trade, investment, and development; "The Promises and Perils of Artificial Intelligence: Opportunities and Challenges for the 21st Century," focused on opportunities and challenges posed by artificial intelligence (AI); and "Addressing Sustainability Challenges: Practical Insights, Policy and Regulatory Perspectives," dealing with sustainability challenges. The results from these discussions will lead to recommendations in the Bangkok Policy Briefs 2026 to support sustainable economic and trade development in the region.
