เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 3 กรกฎาคม 2569 นางพิมพ์ใจ ลี้อิสสระนุกูล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) พร้อมด้วยนายปณิธาน ปวโรฬารวิทยา เลขาธิการ ส.อ.ท. และรองประธาน ส.อ.ท. ได้แก่ นายถาวร ชลัษเฐียร นายกรกฤช จุฬางกูร และนายไพรัตน์ เอื้อชูยศ เข้าพบรองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อิสระ เสรีวัฒนวุฒิ เลขาธิการสถาบันพระปกเกล้า พร้อมคณะผู้บริหารสถาบันฯ ณ อาคารและห้องอบรม (อาคารจอดรถ ชั้น 5) สถาบันพระปกเกล้า
ในการนี้ ทั้งสองหน่วยงานได้หารือแนวทางความร่วมมือด้านการพัฒนาทุนมนุษย์ โดยมุ่งเน้นการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรให้มีความรู้ ความสามารถ และทักษะที่สอดคล้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคมและภาคอุตสาหกรรมในอนาคต พร้อมทั้งเปิดโอกาสให้ทั้งสองฝ่ายร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและนำเสนอแนวทางความร่วมมือในมิติต่าง ๆ อาทิ การพัฒนาหลักสูตร การจัดกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้ ตลอดจนการดำเนินโครงการที่เป็นประโยชน์ร่วมกัน เพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างภาคการศึกษาและภาคอุตสาหกรรมให้เข้มแข็งยิ่งขึ้น
นอกจากนี้ นายปณิธาน ได้ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์จากการเข้าศึกษาในหลักสูตรของสถาบันพระปกเกล้า ซึ่งสะท้อนให้เห็นว่าหลักสูตรดังกล่าวช่วยเสริมสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลักการประชาธิปไตย การบริหารประเทศ และกระบวนการนโยบายสาธารณะ ตลอดจนเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้แลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองกับผู้บริหารและผู้นำจากหลากหลายภาคส่วน ส่งผลให้เกิดความเข้าใจที่รอบด้านต่อประเด็นทางสังคม เศรษฐกิจ และการเมือง สามารถนำองค์ความรู้และเครือข่ายที่ได้รับไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน พัฒนาองค์กร และเผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์เพื่อสร้างการรับรู้ที่ถูกต้องแก่บุคลากรและสังคมในวงกว้างได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
On Friday, July 3, 2026, Ms. Pimjai Leeissaranukul, Chairwoman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), along with Mr. Panithan Pawaroongrawe, Secretary-General of FTI, and FTI Vice Presidents Mr. Thaworn Chalassathian, Mr. Korakrit Chulakhan, and Mr. Phairat Uachuyot, met with Associate Professor Dr. Isara Seriwatanawut, Secretary-General of the King Prajadhipok's Institute, along with the institute's management team at the Training Building (Parking Building, 5th Floor) of the King Prajadhipok's Institute.
During this meeting, both organizations discussed cooperation on human capital development, emphasizing the promotion and enhancement of personnel capabilities to ensure they possess knowledge, skills, and competencies that align with societal changes and future industrial needs. The dialogue provided an opportunity for both parties to exchange views and propose various collaborative initiatives, such as developing curricula, organizing knowledge enhancement activities, and implementing mutually beneficial projects to strengthen the collaboration network between the education sector and the industry.
Furthermore, Mr. Panithan shared his experiences from studying in the programs of the King Prajadhipok's Institute, reflecting that these programs help enhance knowledge and understanding regarding democratic principles, national administration, and public policy processes. They also provide opportunities for participants to exchange perspectives with executives and leaders from various sectors, resulting in a comprehensive understanding of social, economic, and political issues, and enabling them to apply the acquired knowledge and networks in their work, develop their organizations, and disseminate information effectively to raise awareness among personnel and the broader society.
