เมื่อวันอังคารที่ 28 มกราคม 2568 นางสาวเพชรรัตน์ เอกแสงกุล รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) พร้อมด้วยนายคณพล วงศ์พิชญวิศาล นายอัครพล สุขตา รองประธานกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมดิจิทัล นายชัยวัฒน์ ชัยปณิธิพันธ์ กรรมการกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมสิ่งทอและ นายภาสกร สิริกันตโชติ ผู้ช่วยเลขาธิการกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมเหล็ก ร่วมให้การต้อนรับคณะนักธุรกิจจากประเทศเนปาล นำคณะโดยนายบีเรนดรา ราช ปันเด (Birendra Raj Pande) รองประธานอาวุโส Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI) ณ ห้องประชุม 1012 ชั้น 10 ส.อ.ท.
ในที่ประชุม ได้มีการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลด้านธุรกิจ ข้อมูลการค้า การลงทุนระหว่างประเทศไทยและเนปาล นโยบายและสิทธิประโยชน์ การลงทุนต่างๆ เช่น ไอทีและดิจิทัล พลังงานหมุนเวียน สิ่งทอ เป็นต้น นอกจากนี้ ยังได้มีการหารือการลงนาม MOU ระหว่าง ส.อ.ท. และหน่วยงาน Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI) ร่วมกันในอนาคต

On Tuesday, January 28, 2025, Ms. Petchrat Aeksangkul, Vice President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), along with Mr. Kanphol Wongphichaiwisan, Mr. Akkrapol Sukta, Vice President of the Digital Industry Group, Mr. Chaiwat Chaipanitphand, Committee Member of the Textile Industry Group, and Mr. Phaskorn Sirikantachoti, Assistant Secretary-General of the Steel Industry Group, welcomed a delegation of businesspersons from Nepal led by Mr. Birendra Raj Pande, Senior Vice President of the Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI), at meeting room 1012, 10th floor of FTI.
During the meeting, there was an exchange of business information, trade and investment data between Thailand and Nepal, policies, and various investment incentives such as those in IT and digital, renewable energy, textiles, among others. Additionally, discussions took place regarding the future signing of an MOU between FTI and the Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI).
