วันจันทร์ที่ 21 เมษายน 2568 นายคณพล วงศ์พิชญวิศาล กรรมการสายงาน FTI Academy สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ร่วมงานแถลงข่าวโครงการ "สร้างทักษะ AI ให้แก่คนไทย 1 ล้านคน" โดยภายในงานได้รับเกียรติจากนายประเสริฐ จันทรรวงทอง รองนายกรัฐมนตรี และรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม เป็นประธานในพิธี โดยกล่าวเน้นย้ำถึงบทบาทสำคัญของเทคโนโลยี AI ในการขับเคลื่อนและยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของประเทศไทยบนเวทีโลก พร้อมทั้งกล่าวว่ารัฐบาลได้วางแผนแม่บท AI แห่งชาติ โดยมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาศักยภาพในหลากหลายมิติ รวมถึงการสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจด้าน AI ให้กับประชาชนอย่างทั่วถึง การเปิดตัวโครงการ THAI Academy ในครั้งนี้ จึงสอดคล้องกับนโยบายของรัฐบาลในการร่วมมือกับผู้นำเทคโนโลยีระดับโลก เพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพของประเทศ ณ ห้อง NT Meeting & Auditorium บริษัทโทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ จำกัด (มหาชน) สำนักงานแจ้งวัฒนะ
ด้านนายธนวัฒน์ สุธรรมพันธุ์ กรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ ไมโครซอฟท์ (ประเทศไทย) ได้กล่าวถึงความร่วมมือกับรัฐบาลไทย โดยไมโครซอฟท์มีความมุ่งมั่นที่จะทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชนต่างๆ เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้คนไทยเข้าถึงการเรียนรู้ทักษะ AI ได้อย่างกว้างขวาง และเตรียมพร้อมรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของตลาดแรงงานที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว โดยมีเป้าหมายในการยกระดับทักษะคนไทยกว่า 1 ล้านคน ภายในปี 2568 นอกจากนี้ยังเสริมว่า ทักษะด้าน AI ไม่เพียงแต่จะช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน แต่ยังเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญในการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมและความก้าวหน้าในทุกภาคส่วน
สำหรับโครงการ "สร้างทักษะ AI ให้แก่คนไทย 1 ล้านคน" มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อยกระดับประเทศไทยไปสู่ยุคดิจิทัลและปัญญาประดิษฐ์ โดยร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานพันธมิตรทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน รวมถึงสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) โดย FTI Academy ซึ่งจะเข้ามามีบทบาทสำคัญในการพัฒนาทักษะ AI ให้กับผู้ประกอบการและสมาชิกของ ส.อ.ท. ให้มีความรู้ความสามารถในด้านนี้มากยิ่งขึ้น โดยมีหลักสูตรที่ครอบคลุมตั้งแต่ระดับเริ่มต้น (Beginners) ไปจนถึงระดับมืออาชีพ (Professionals) อาทิ หลักสูตร AI Basics และหลักสูตร Microsoft365 Copilot with Use Cases สำหรับผู้ที่สนใจสามารถดูรายละเอียดหลักสูตรเพิ่มเติมได้ที่เว็บไซต์ https://fti.academy/
On Monday, April 21, 2025, Mr. Kanpol Wongpichyawisal, Executive Committee Member of the FTI Academy, Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), attended the press conference for the "Developing AI Skills for 1 Million Thais" project. The event was honored by Mr. Prasert Chandrorrungthong, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Economy and Society, who presided over the ceremony. He emphasized the important role of AI technology in driving and enhancing Thailand's competitiveness on the global stage, stating that the government has established a national AI master plan focusing on developing capabilities in various dimensions, including comprehensive AI awareness and understanding among the public. The launch of the THAI Academy project aligns with the government's policy to collaborate with global technology leaders to strengthen the country's potential at the NT Meeting & Auditorium of the National Telecommunications Public Company Limited, Chaeng Watthana Office.
Furthermore, Mr. Thanawat Sutthumphan, Chief Executive Officer of Microsoft (Thailand), spoke about the collaboration with the Thai government, emphasizing Microsoft's commitment to working with both public and private sectors to provide widespread opportunities for Thais to learn AI skills, preparing them for the rapidly changing labor market. The goal is to elevate the skills of over 1 million Thais by 2025. He also noted that AI skills will not only enhance work efficiency but are also crucial for innovation and progress across all sectors.
The "Developing AI Skills for 1 Million Thais" project primarily aims to elevate Thailand into the digital and artificial intelligence era by partnering with various government and private sector agencies, including the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI). The FTI Academy will play a significant role in developing AI skills for entrepreneurs and FTI members to enhance their knowledge and capabilities in this area, offering courses ranging from Beginners to Professionals, such as AI Basics and Microsoft365 Copilot with Use Cases.
