นายอุดร คงคาเขตร รองประธานสายงานอาเซียนและโลจิสติกส์ สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และประธานคณะกรรมการโลจิสติกส์และซัพพลายเชน ร่วมกับศูนย์การจัดการโลจิสติกส์และซัพพลายเชนอย่างยั่งยืน (LogSys) คณะการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ นำโดย รศ.ดร.จรรยา ชาญชัยชูจิต ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์วิจัยฯ และที่ปรึกษาคณะกรรมการฯ จัดอบรมหลักสูตร การจัดทำคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์ขององค์กร (CFO) และ Decarbonization Roadmap (แผนปฏิบัติการลดคาร์บอน) สำหรับผู้ประกอบการขนส่งและโลจิสติกส์ เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพและสนับสนุนการปรับตัวสู่การดำเนินธุรกิจที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อมกิจกรรมจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 27 พฤษภาคม – 24 มิถุนายน 2568 ณ ห้องอบรม SCG สำนักงานใหญ่ บางซื่อ และผ่านระบบออนไลน์
หลักสูตรนี้ประกอบด้วย 3 กิจกรรมหลัก ได้แก่
1) การอบรมหลักการและแนวทางจัดทำคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์ขององค์กร (CFO) ครอบคลุม Scope 1–3 ได้แก่
Scope 1: การปล่อยและการดูดกลับก๊าซเรือนกระจกทางตรงขององค์กร
Scope 2: การปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกทางอ้อมจากการใช้พลังงาน
Scope 3: การปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกทางอ้อมอื่น ๆ ตลอดห่วงโซ่อุปทาน
2) การให้คำปรึกษารายบริษัท ตั้งแต่การเก็บและกรอกข้อมูล ไปจนถึงการตรวจสอบข้อมูลที่ใช้จัดทำรายงาน CFO ครบทุก Scope
3) การฝึกปฏิบัติการจัดทำรายงาน CFO และ Logistics Decarbonization Roadmap เพื่อช่วยผู้ประกอบการวางแผนขับเคลื่อนองค์กรสู่เป้าหมายการลดปริมาณการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจก (GHG) สุทธิเป็นศูนย์ (Net Zero)
กิจกรรมนี้มีผู้เข้าร่วมกว่า 40 คนจาก 17 องค์กร ทั้งผู้ใช้บริการขนส่ง (Shipper) ผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ (Logistics Service Provider) ผู้ขนส่งสินค้า (Carrier) ผู้ให้บริการคลังสินค้า (Warehouse) ผู้ให้บริการท่าเรือ (Port Terminal) รวมถึงหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการกำหนดและผลักดันนโยบาย
การอบรมยังเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้แลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์จริงกับบริษัทชั้นนำในอุตสาหกรรม ภายใต้การดูแลของทีมวิจัยจากศูนย์ LogSys ที่ให้คำปรึกษาเรื่องการจัดทำ Roadmap และกลยุทธ์ลดการปล่อยคาร์บอนในห่วงโซ่การขนส่ง เนื้อหาหลักสูตรพัฒนาโดยศูนย์ LogSys คณะการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ ร่วมกับ Smart Freight Center Academy ประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์
กิจกรรมนี้ถือเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญในการยกระดับอุตสาหกรรมโลจิสติกส์ไทยให้พร้อมเดินหน้าสู่การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ตามเป้าหมาย Net Zero ที่ทั่วโลกให้ความสำคัญ โดยผู้ประกอบการบางรายได้นำความรู้จากการอบรมไปต่อยอดเข้าร่วมโครงการ “Eco Move: ระบบขนส่งลดคาร์บอนด้วยโลจิสติกส์เทคโนโลยีตามแนวทาง BCG Model” ของกรมส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรม กระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมอีกด้วย
Mr. Udorn Kongkaekhet, Vice Chairman of the ASEAN and Logistics Sector of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and Chairman of the Logistics and Supply Chain Committee, together with the Sustainable Logistics and Supply Chain Management Center (LogSys) of the Prince of Songkla University, led by Associate Professor Dr. Janya Chanchai Chuchit, Director of the Research Center and Consultant to the Committee, organized a training course on Organizational Carbon Footprint (CFO) and Decarbonization Roadmap for transport and logistics operators. This initiative aims to enhance capabilities and support adaptation towards environmentally friendly business practices. The training will be held from May 27 to June 24, 2025, at the SCG training room at the headquarters in Bang Sue, as well as through online platforms.
The course consists of three main activities:
1) Training on principles and guidelines for creating an Organizational Carbon Footprint (CFO) covering Scope 1–3, which includes:
Scope 1: Direct greenhouse gas emissions and removals by the organization
Scope 2: Indirect greenhouse gas emissions from energy consumption
Scope 3: Other indirect greenhouse gas emissions along the supply chain
2) Company-specific consulting, from data collection and entry to data verification used in CFO reporting across all scopes
3) Practical training on preparing the CFO report and Logistics Decarbonization Roadmap to assist operators in planning to drive the organization towards achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions (GHG).
This event attracted over 40 participants from 17 organizations, including cargo service users (Shippers), logistics service providers, carriers, warehouse operators, port terminal service providers, and relevant government agencies involved in policy formulation and promotion.
The training also provided participants with the opportunity to exchange real experiences with leading companies in the industry, under the guidance of research teams from LogSys, who offered consulting services regarding Roadmap preparation and carbon emission reduction strategies in the transport chain. The course content was developed by LogSys, Faculty of Environmental Management, Prince of Songkla University, in collaboration with the Smart Freight Center Academy from the Netherlands.
This activity marks another significant step in elevating the Thai logistics industry towards sustainable development in line with the Net Zero goal, which is of global importance. Some participants have applied the knowledge gained from the training to engage in the “Eco Move: Carbon-reducing transport system through technology-driven logistics under the BCG Model” project by the Department of Industrial Promotion, Ministry of Industry.
