เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2568 คณะ Supply Chain and Security นำโดยนายอรุณ เอี่ยมสุรีย์ ประธานคณะ Supply Chain Security สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) พร้อมด้วยนายกิตติ สุขุตมตันติ ผู้แทนกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมไฟฟ้าและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และนางสาวสุนีย์ วรวุฒางกูร ผู้แทนกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม ส.อ.ท. เข้าพบ สำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค (สคบ.) โดยมีนายรณรงค์ พูลพิพัฒน์ เลขาธิการคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค และคณะผู้บริหารให้การต้อนรับ ณ ห้องประชุม 5 อาคารรัฐประศาสนภักดี ชั้น 5 ศูนย์ราชการฯ ถนนแจ้งวัฒนะ
การหารือในครั้งนี้ มุ่งเน้นประเด็นสำคัญเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการจัดการปัญหาสินค้าที่ไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย โดยเฉพาะกรณีการนำเข้าสินค้าจากต่างประเทศ เช่น สินค้าจากจีนที่เข้าสู่ประเทศไทยในหลากหลายรูปแบบ ทั้งเพื่อการใช้ภายในประเทศ และการปรับเปลี่ยนบรรจุภัณฑ์ และนำเข้าสินค้ามายังประเทศไทย โดยไม่ได้แสดงข้อความตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยเรื่องฉลาก
สำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค (สคบ.) ได้ชี้แจงว่า สคบ. มีหน้าที่ดูแลผู้บริโภค และให้ความสำคัญกับประเด็นเรื่องฉลากสินค้า เช่น วันผลิต สถานที่ผลิต และรายละเอียดที่ผู้บริโภคควรได้รับอย่างชัดเจน ซึ่งในปัจจุบันมีการตรวจจับสินค้าที่ไม่ปฎิบัติตามกฎหมายอย่างต่อเนื่อง
พร้อมกันนี้ สคบ. ขอความร่วมมือจากประชาชนในการแจ้งเบาะแสหรือร้องเรียนสินค้านำเข้าไม่มีฉลาก หรือมีฉลากไม่ถูกต้องตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด ผ่านระบบ Traffy Fondue หรือสายด่วน สคบ. 1166 ทั้งนี้ ส.อ.ท. พร้อมขับเคลื่อนและร่วมมือกับ สคบ. ในการสอดส่องดูแลสินค้าที่ไม่ปฎิบัติตามกฎหมายร่วมกัน
On Monday, June 30, 2025, the Supply Chain and Security Committee led by Mr. Arun Iamsuree, Chairman of the Supply Chain Security Committee of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), along with Mr. Kitti Sukotmatantee, representative of the Electrical and Electronics Industry Group, and Ms. Sunee Vorawutthangkoon, representative of the Food and Beverage Industry Group, FTI, met with the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (CPB). They were welcomed by Mr. Ronrung Poolpipat, Secretary-General of the Consumer Protection Board, and his executive team at Meeting Room 5, Government Complex Building, 5th Floor, Chaengwattana Road.
This discussion focused on key issues regarding the management of products that do not comply with the law, particularly concerning the importation of goods from abroad, such as products from China entering Thailand in various forms, both for domestic use and for repackaging, without displaying labels as required by law.
The Office of the Consumer Protection Board (CPB) clarified that the CPB is responsible for consumer protection and emphasizes the importance of product labeling issues, such as production dates, manufacturing locations, and details that consumers should clearly receive. Currently, there are ongoing efforts to detect products that do not comply with the law.
In addition, the CPB requests cooperation from the public to report tips or complaints about imported goods lacking labels or having incorrect labels as mandated by law through the Traffy Fondue system or the CPB hotline at 1166. The FTI is prepared to drive and cooperate with the CPB in monitoring products that do not comply with the law together.
