วันจันทร์ที่ 7 กรกฎาคม 2568 นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ได้ให้เกียรติร่วมเป็นสักขีพยานในงานเปิดตัวระบบตรวจสอบสินค้าออนไลน์อัจฉริยะ “มอก.วอทช์” ของสำนักงานมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม (สมอ.) กระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม โดยนายเอกนัฏ พร้อมพันธุ์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม เป็นประธานในพิธี ณ ห้องประชุม 200 สมอ.
ทั้งนี้ กระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม ได้ยกระดับมาตรการคุมเข้มตรวจสอบการจำหน่ายสินค้าออนไลน์ด้วย AI ซึ่งริเริ่มให้ดำเนินการโดยคณะกรรมการเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมเพื่อการปฏิรูปอุตสาหกรรม (INDX) นำโดยนายพงศ์พล ยอดเมืองเจริญ เลขานุการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมและโฆษกกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม เป็นประธาน โดยมีเป้าหมายสำคัญเพื่อนำระบบ AI มาเป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญในการคัดกรองสินค้าไม่ได้มาตรฐานจากโลกออนไลน์ ปกป้องผู้บริโภคไทยจากการใช้สินค้าด้อยคุณภาพ ลดปัญหาการนำเข้าสินค้าราคาถูก แต่ไม่มีคุณภาพจากต่างประเทศ
นอกจากนี้ ในงานเปิดตัว ยังมีการจัดเสวนาแนวทางการปราบสินค้าออนไลน์ไม่ได้มาตรฐาน โดยมีผู้ร่วมเสวนา ได้แก่
- นายพงศ์พล ยอดเมืองเจริญ เลขานุการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมและโฆษกกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม
- นางสาวทรงศิริ จุมพล รองเลขาธิการสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค
- นายอรุณ เอี่ยมสุรีย์ ประธานคณะ Supply Chain Security สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.)
- นายสันติ สิทธิเลิศพิศาล ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร สำนักงานมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม
ทั้งนี้ หน่วยงานที่เข้าร่วมงานเปิดตัว “มอก.วอทช์” เห็นตรงกันว่า ด้วยมาตรการที่เข้มข้นและเทคโนโลยี AI ที่ถูกนำมาใช้โดยกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม จะทำให้ประเทศไทยไม่ใช่ตลาดสำหรับสินค้าด้อยคุณภาพอีกต่อไป แต่จะเป็นตลาดที่เต็มไปด้วยสินค้าที่มีมาตรฐานและปลอดภัย เพื่อประโยชน์สูงสุดของประชาชน และให้ SME ผู้ประกอบการไทยยังแข่งขันได้ ในกติกาที่เป็นธรรม
On Monday, July 7, 2025, Mr. Kriangkrai Theeranukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), honored the occasion as a witness for the launch of the intelligent online product inspection system “MOC.Watch” by the Industrial Standard Institute (ISI), Ministry of Industry, with Mr. Eknat Prompan, Minister of Industry, presiding over the ceremony at Meeting Room 200, ISI.
The Ministry of Industry has elevated measures to intensively monitor the sale of online products using AI, initiated by the Committee on Technology and Innovation for Industrial Reform (INDX), led by Mr. Pongpol Yodmuangjae, Secretary to the Minister of Industry and Spokesperson of the Ministry of Industry. The significant objective is to utilize AI as a key tool for screening non-standard products from the online world, protecting Thai consumers from low-quality goods and reducing the problem of low-quality imports from abroad.
Furthermore, at the launch event, a panel discussion was organized on the approach to combating non-standard online products, with participants including:
- Mr. Pongpol Yodmuangjae, Secretary to the Minister of Industry and Spokesperson of the Ministry of Industry
- Ms. Song Siri Jumphon, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of the Consumer Protection Board
- Mr. Arun Iamsuree, Chairman of the Supply Chain Security Committee, Federation of Thai Industries (FTI)
- Mr. Santi Sittileartpisal, Director of the Information Technology and Communication Center, Industrial Standard Institute
All agencies participating in the launch of “MOC.Watch” agreed that with the stringent measures and AI technology implemented by the Ministry of Industry, Thailand will no longer be a market for low-quality products, but will be a market filled with high-standard and safe products for the utmost benefit of the public and to enable Thai SMEs to compete under fair conditions.
