วันที่ 10 กรกฎาคม 2569 นายพิตติพัฒน์ มั่นบุปผชาติ รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และประธานสถาบันอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร พร้อมด้วย นายชัยพล เกิดวงศ์บัณฑิต รองประธานสถาบันอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร ให้การต้อนรับ ดร.ทวีศักดิ์ ธนเดโชพล ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานพัฒนาการวิจัยการเกษตร (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ สวก. พร้อมด้วย ดร.สุวิทย์ ชัยเกียรติยศ หัวหน้าศูนย์บริหารจัดการโครงการมุ่งเป้าฯ EUDR และคณะฯ เพื่อหารือแนวทางความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาระบบตรวจสอบย้อนกลับสินค้าเกษตร TH EUDR Traceability Platform ณ ห้องประชุม Bangchak (1014) ชั้น 10 ส.อ.ท.
ในการหารือครั้งนี้ สวก. ได้นำเสนอ TH EUDR Traceability Platform ภายใต้โครงการพัฒนาสินค้านำเข้าและส่งออกให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนด EUDR ของสหภาพยุโรป ระยะที่ 2 ซึ่งมุ่งเชื่อมโยงและบริหารจัดการข้อมูลตลอดห่วงโซ่อุปทานอย่างโปร่งใส รองรับการตรวจสอบย้อนกลับ การจัดทำข้อมูลและหลักฐานประกอบกระบวนการตรวจสอบสถานะ (Due Diligence) รวมถึงการติดตามและบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยง เพื่อเพิ่มความพร้อมของผู้ประกอบการไทยในการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดของสหภาพยุโรป
ทั้งสองหน่วยงานได้แลกเปลี่ยนแนวทางความร่วมมือในการเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายภาคอุตสาหกรรม การพัฒนาฐานข้อมูล และการส่งเสริมให้ผู้ประกอบการนำระบบตรวจสอบย้อนกลับไปประยุกต์ใช้จริง เพื่อเสริมสร้างความโปร่งใส ความน่าเชื่อถือ และยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของสินค้าเกษตรไทยในตลาดสหภาพยุโรปอย่างยั่งยืน
On July 10, 2026, Mr. Pittipat Munbuppachart, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and President of the Agricultural Industry Institute, along with Mr. Chaipol Koedwongbandit, Vice President of the Agricultural Industry Institute, welcomed Dr. Thaweesak Thandecho-phol, Director of the Agricultural Research Development Agency (Public Organization) or ARDA, along with Dr. Suwit Chaikeyathit, Head of the EUDR Target Project Management Center and his team to discuss cooperation strategies in developing the TH EUDR Traceability Platform for agricultural products at Bangchak Meeting Room (1014), 10th Floor, FTI.
During the discussion, ARDA presented the TH EUDR Traceability Platform under the project for the development of import and export products to comply with the European Union's EUDR requirements, Phase 2, which aims to link and manage data throughout the supply chain transparently, supporting traceability, due diligence documentation, as well as monitoring and managing risks to enhance the preparedness of Thai operators in complying with European Union regulations.
Both organizations exchanged cooperation strategies for linking industry networks, developing databases, and promoting the practical application of the traceability system by operators to enhance transparency, credibility, and elevate the competitive capabilities of Thai agricultural products in the European Union market sustainably.
