เมื่อวันเสาร์ที่ 11 กรกฎาคม 2569 สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) นำโดย นายกำธร ศิลาอ่อน รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และประธานสถาบันพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ พร้อมด้วยคณะกรรมการสถาบันฯ เข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดงาน Thailand Character & Content Expo 2026 (TCEX 2026) ภายในงานได้รับเกียรติจาก นางศุภจี สุธรรมพันธุ์ รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงพาณิชย์ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด พร้อมด้วยผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และผู้ประกอบการในอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ เข้าร่วมงาน ณ ชั้น 5 พารากอน ฮอลล์ ศูนย์การค้าสยามพารากอน
งานดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นเพื่อส่งเสริมศักยภาพของอุตสาหกรรมคาแรกเตอร์และคอนเทนต์ไทย ควบคู่กับการสร้างความตระหนักรู้ถึงความสำคัญของการเคารพสิทธิในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา รวมทั้งสนับสนุนการเติบโตของอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ไทยอย่างยั่งยืน
On Saturday, July 11, 2026, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), led by Mr. Kamthorn Silakorn, Vice President of FTI and President of the Creative Industry Development Institute, along with the institute's committee members, attended the opening ceremony of the Thailand Character & Content Expo 2026 (TCEX 2026). The event was honored by the presence of Mrs. Suphajee Sutheepan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce, who presided over the opening ceremony, along with representatives from government agencies, the private sector, and operators in the creative industry, at Paragon Hall, 5th Floor, Siam Paragon Shopping Center.
The event was organized to enhance the potential of the Thai character and content industry, alongside raising awareness of the importance of respecting intellectual property rights, as well as supporting the sustainable growth of the Thai creative industry.
