เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 4 กันยายน 2568 นายอรุณ เอี่ยมสุรีย์ ประธานคณะ Supply Chain Security สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) พร้อมด้วยนายพงศ์เทพ เทพบางจาก และนายสมคิด รัตนประภาพร รองประธานคณะฯ นายทัฬห ปึงเจริญกุล ที่ปรึกษากลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมยา และ ดร.ณพสิทธิ์ เลาห์ทวีรุ่งเรือง เลขาธิการกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมผู้ผลิตเครื่องมือแพทย์ เข้าพบเภสัชกรหญิง อรัญญา เทพพิทักษ์ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์จัดการเรื่องร้องเรียนและปราบปรามการกระทำผิดกฎหมาย สำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา (อย.) และคณะ ณ ห้องประชุมดาหลา อาคาร OSSC สำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา
การหารือในครั้งนี้ มุ่งเน้นแนวทางการจัดการปัญหาสินค้าที่ไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย ทั้งในช่องทางการจำหน่ายทั่วไปและบนแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ รวมถึงการใช้ระบบ Traffy Fondue ในการแจ้งเบาะแสและร้องเรียนสินค้า ส.อ.ท. และ อย. พร้อมร่วมมือกันในการเฝ้าระวังและสกัดกั้นสินค้าที่ผิดกฎหมาย เพื่อคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคและสร้างมาตรฐานที่เป็นธรรมแก่ภาคอุตสาหกรรม
On Thursday, September 4, 2025, Mr. Arune Iamsuree, Chairman of the Supply Chain Security Committee of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), along with Mr. Pongtep Thepbangjak and Mr. Somkid Ratanaprapaporn, Vice Chairmen of the Committee, and Mr. Thalha Pungjaroenkul, Advisor for the Pharmaceutical Industry Group, and Dr. Nopasit Lauthaveerung, Secretary-General of the Medical Device Manufacturers Industry Group, met with Ms. Aranya Theppithak, Director of the Complaint Management and Law Enforcement Center at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and her team at the Dahla Meeting Room, OSSC Building, Food and Drug Administration.
The discussions focused on managing the issue of products that do not comply with the law, both in traditional sales channels and on online platforms, including the use of the Traffy Fondue system to report leads and complaints about products. FTI and the FDA will collaborate to monitor and intercept illegal products to protect consumers and establish fair standards for the industry.
