ระหว่างวันที่ 16–19 กันยายน 2568 นายอรุณ เอี่ยมสุรีย์ ประธานสถาบันเศรษฐกิจและการลงทุนไทย–จีน สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) พร้อมด้วยนางสาวยศรา ลิมป์ไพฑูรย์ เลขานุการสถาบันฯ เข้าร่วมการประชุม The 22nd China–ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (CABIS) และงาน The 22nd China–ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) ณ นครหนานหนิง สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน
การประชุม CABIS ปีนี้ จัดขึ้นภายใต้ธีม “AI และความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศอาเซียน–จีน ภายใต้กรอบความตกลงการค้าเสรี CAFTA 3.0”
ในโอกาสนี้ นายอรุณ ได้นำเสนอแนวทางการเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือไทย–จีนและอาเซียนใน 3 ประเด็นสำคัญ ได้แก่
1. การส่งเสริม Technology Transfer โดยเฉพาะด้าน Open Source เพื่อขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรม
2. การพัฒนาทักษะแรงงานด้าน AI และ Robotics ให้ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของอุตสาหกรรมอนาคต
3. การสนับสนุนการใช้ Local Content และการเชื่อมโยงซัพพลายเชน (Supply Chain) เพื่อสร้างระบบเศรษฐกิจที่เข้มแข็งและยั่งยืน
นอกจากนี้ คณะผู้แทนยังได้เยี่ยมชม China–ASEAN AI Collaborative Innovation Center ซึ่งเป็นศูนย์ความร่วมมือเพื่อการพัฒนา AI ระหว่างจีนกับอาเซียน และเข้าพบกับ Guangxi International Business Vocational College เพื่อหารือความร่วมมือด้านการจัดทำหลักสูตรและการอบรม ยกระดับทักษะแรงงานไทยให้พร้อมสู่เศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล
ภายในงาน CAEXPO คณะผู้แทนยังได้เข้าพบนางสาวเบญจมาศ ตันเวทยานนท์ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ นครหนานหนิง เพื่อหารือแนวทางการประสานงานและความร่วมมือด้านเศรษฐกิจ การค้า และการลงทุนของไทยในเขตปกครองตนเองกว่างซีจ้วง สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน
การเข้าร่วมครั้งนี้ สะท้อนบทบาทสำคัญของ ส.อ.ท. ในการผลักดันความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจ การค้า และการลงทุนไทย–จีน พร้อมทั้งเตรียมความพร้อมของภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทยให้ก้าวทันอนาคตที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม
From September 16 to 19, 2025, Mr. Arun Iemsuriya, Chairman of the Thailand–China Economic and Investment Institute of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), along with Ms. Yosara Limpaiphun, Secretary of the Institute, participated in The 22nd China–ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (CABIS) and The 22nd China–ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) held in Nanning, People's Republic of China.
This year's CABIS was held under the theme “AI and Cooperation between ASEAN and China under the CAFTA 3.0 Free Trade Agreement.”
On this occasion, Mr. Arun presented approaches to strengthening Thai–Chinese and ASEAN cooperation in three key areas:
1. Promoting Technology Transfer, particularly in Open Source, to drive innovation.
2. Developing skills in AI and Robotics to meet the demands of the future industry.
3. Supporting the use of Local Content and linking supply chains to create a robust and sustainable economy.
Additionally, the delegation visited the China–ASEAN AI Collaborative Innovation Center, which is a cooperation center for AI development between China and ASEAN, and met with Guangxi International Business Vocational College to discuss cooperation in curriculum development and training to enhance Thai labor skills for the digital economy.
During the CAEXPO, the delegation also met with Ms. Benjamart Tanwetyanan, the Consul General in Nanning, to discuss coordination and cooperation in economic, trade, and investment opportunities for Thailand in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China.
This participation reflects the important role of FTI in promoting economic cooperation, trade, and Thai–Chinese investment, while preparing the Thai industrial sector to keep pace with a future driven by technology and innovation.
