เมื่อวันที่ 27 ตุลาคม 2568 สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ได้จัดพิธีมอบประกาศนียบัตรและรางวัลขอบคุณบริษัทที่ตอบแบบสำรวจมากที่สุด 5 อันดับแรก (Survey Challenge Top 5) ที่ร่วมเป็นพลังสำคัญในการพัฒนาทักษะแรงงานไทย โดยได้รับเกียรติจากนางกนิษฐ์ เมืองกระจ่าง รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และประธานสายงาน FTI Academy เป็นประธานในพิธีมอบรางวัล และนายคณพล วงศ์พิชญวิศาล กรรมการสายงาน FTI Academy ร่วมมอบรางวัล ณ บริเวณหน้าห้องประชุม 109 ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์
การมอบประกาศนียบัตรและรางวัลขอบคุณบริษัทที่ตอบแบบสำรวจมากที่สุด 5 อันดับแรก (Survey Challenge Top 5) จัดขึ้นโดย FTI Academy เพื่อขอบคุณสมาชิก ส.อ.ท. และผู้ประกอบการทุกท่านที่ให้ความร่วมมือในการตอบแบบสำรวจ “ความต้องการพัฒนาทักษะแรงงานในภาคอุตสาหกรรม ปี 2568” ซึ่งข้อมูลที่ได้รับถือเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการวางแผนพัฒนากำลังคนให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของภาคการผลิต และสนับสนุนการยกระดับขีดความสามารถของแรงงานไทยอย่างยั่งยืน โดยมีรายชื่อบริษัทที่เข้ารับรางวัล ดังนี้

On October 27, 2025, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) held a ceremony to present certificates and awards to the top five companies that responded to the survey (Survey Challenge Top 5) for their important role in developing Thai workforce skills. The ceremony was honored by Ms. Kanit Muangkarachang, Vice President of FTI and President of the FTI Academy, who presided over the award presentation, alongside Mr. Kanapol Wongpichayawisal, Board Member of the FTI Academy, at the area in front of Meeting Room 109, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
The presentation of certificates and awards to the top five companies that responded to the survey (Survey Challenge Top 5) was organized by the FTI Academy to thank FTI members and all operators who cooperated in responding to the survey titled “The Need for Workforce Skill Development in the Industrial Sector 2025.” The information received is crucial for planning the development of the workforce to align with the needs of the manufacturing sector and to support the sustainable enhancement of Thai labor capabilities. The following companies were awarded:

2. KV Electronics Co., Ltd.
3. S.C.H. Industry Co., Ltd.
4. D-Line Construction Co., Ltd.
5. Muang Thong Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd.
