เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 17 พฤศจิกายน นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ได้รับเกียรติเป็นประธานในงานแถลงข่าวการจัดงาน Asia Environmental and Waste Management 2026 (Asia EnwastExpo 2026) ชูวิสัยทัศน์ “Empowering Asia’s Green Future – ขับเคลื่อนเอเชีย สู่เศรษฐกิจสีเขียว” ระหว่างวันที่ 4-6 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 ณ อาคาร 5–6 ศูนย์แสดงสินค้าและการประชุมอิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี จัดโดย กลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมการจัดการเพื่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ส.อ.ท. โดยมีนายธนาธร ตรงสิทธิวิทู ประธานกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม กล่าวรายงานวัตถุประสงค์การจัดงาน
นายเกรียงไกร กล่าวว่า ปัจจุบันโลกเข้าสู่ยุค "การเปลี่ยนผ่านด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม (Green Transition)" อย่างเต็มรูปแบบ ภาคอุตสาหกรรมทั่วโลกให้ความสำคัญกับ "การเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน (Sustainable Growth)" โดยมี "เศรษฐกิจสีเขียว (Green Economy)" และ "เศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน (Circular Economy)" เป็นแกนกลาง ประเทศไทยในฐานะศูนย์กลางอุตสาหกรรมอาเซียน จึงมีบทบาทสำคัญในการเชื่อมโยงเศรษฐกิจภูมิภาคให้เติบโตอย่างสมดุล
ทั้งนี้ การขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรมไทยให้เติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนและแข่งขันได้ในเวทีโลก ต้องใช้แนวทาง "One FTI – Strength Together" ประกอบด้วย 4 มิติสำคัญ ดังนี้ 1. การผลักดันนโยบายอุตสาหกรรมสีเขียว ให้เป็นวาระแห่งชาติ ส่งเสริมธุรกิจบนพื้นฐาน ESG และบูรณาการนโยบายสิ่งแวดล้อมกับนโยบายอุตสาหกรรม 2. การส่งเสริมการลงทุนในเทคโนโลยีสะอาด ผลักดันให้ภาคอุตสาหกรรมเร่งนำเทคโนโลยีที่ลดการใช้ทรัพยากร ของเสีย และการปล่อยคาร์บอนมาใช้ในการผลิต 3. การสนับสนุนภาคธุรกิจในการลดการปล่อยคาร์บอน เพื่อตอบสนองเป้าหมาย Carbon Neutrality ในปี 2050 และ Net Zero ในปี 2065 ของไทย พร้อมรับมือกฎระเบียบเข้มข้น เช่น CBAM 4. การสร้างระบบนิเวศเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียนที่ครบวงจร ด้วยการพัฒนาให้เป็นกลไกสำคัญในการใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่า โดยสร้างระบบนิเวศที่เชื่อมโยงผู้ผลิต ผู้บริโภค และผู้จัดการของเสีย
ทั้งนี้ ส.อ.ท. เชื่อมั่นว่า การขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจสีเขียวต้องอาศัย "พลังของเครือข่าย (Network Power)" และ "ความร่วมมือระหว่างทุกภาคส่วน" เมื่อรวมพลังเป็น "One FTI" จะสามารถขับเคลื่อนประเทศไทยและเอเชียสู่เป้าหมาย Net Zero ได้อย่างมั่นคง
นายธนาธร กล่าวว่า งาน Asia EnwastExpo 2026 เป็นเวทีระดับภูมิภาค สำหรับการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรมด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ครอบคลุมในทุกมิติ ตั้งแต่พลังงานหมุนเวียน พลังงานสำหรับภาคอุตสาหกรรม เทคโนโลยีสีเขียว ระบบจัดการของเสียครบวงจร ไปจนถึงแนวทางการปรับตัวของอุตสาหกรรมต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ ภายในงานจะมีองค์กรชั้นนำจากทั้งในและต่างประเทศกว่า 200 ราย เข้าร่วมจัดแสดงผลิตภัณฑ์ เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรมที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ครอบคลุมทั้งภาคอุตสาหกรรม พลังงาน ชุมชน และภาคบริการ คาดว่าจะมีผู้เข้าชมงานไม่น้อยกว่า 8,000 คน งานนี้จัดขึ้นบนพื้นที่กว่า 8,000 ตารางเมตรที่อิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี เพื่อรองรับความต้องการของผู้ประกอบการกว่า 200 บริษัท

On Monday, November 17, Mr. Kriangkrai Theeranukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), was honored to preside over the press conference for the Asia Environmental and Waste Management 2026 (Asia EnwastExpo 2026), highlighting the vision 'Empowering Asia’s Green Future – Driving Asia Towards a Green Economy' scheduled for February 4-6, 2026, at Hall 5-6, Impact Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani. The event is organized by the Environmental Management Industry Group of FTI, with Mr. Thanathorn Trongsitthiwew, Chairman of the Environmental Management Industry Group, reporting the objectives of the event.
Mr. Kriangkrai expressed that the world is currently entering the era of 'Green Transition'. Industries worldwide are focusing on 'Sustainable Growth' with 'Green Economy' and 'Circular Economy' at its core. Thailand, as the hub of ASEAN industries, plays a crucial role in linking the regional economy for balanced growth.
To drive the Thai industry towards sustainable and competitive growth on the global stage, we must adopt the approach 'One FTI – Strength Together', which comprises four key dimensions: 1. Advocating for green industry policies to become a national agenda, promoting business based on ESG, and integrating environmental policies with industrial policies. 2. Promoting investment in clean technology, encouraging industries to quickly implement technologies that reduce resource use, waste, and carbon emissions in production. 3. Supporting businesses in reducing carbon emissions to meet the targets of Carbon Neutrality by 2050 and Net Zero by 2065 in Thailand, while preparing to handle stringent regulations like CBAM. 4. Creating a comprehensive circular economy ecosystem by developing it into a key mechanism for resource efficiency, establishing an ecosystem that links producers, consumers, and waste managers.
FTI is confident that driving the green economy requires the 'Power of Networks' and 'Collaboration Among All Sectors'. When united as 'One FTI', we can effectively drive Thailand and Asia towards the Net Zero goal.
Mr. Thanathorn stated that Asia EnwastExpo 2026 will serve as a regional platform for the exchange of knowledge, technology, and innovations in environmental management that covers all aspects, from renewable energy, industrial energy, green technology, comprehensive waste management systems, to adaptation strategies for industries in response to climate change. The event is expected to feature over 200 leading organizations from both domestic and international sectors, showcasing environmentally friendly products, technologies, and innovations across industries, energy, communities, and services, with an anticipated attendance of no fewer than 8,000 visitors. This event will take place over an area of more than 8,000 square meters at Impact Muang Thong Thani to accommodate the needs of over 200 participating companies.
