เมื่อวันที่ 27 พฤศจิกายน 2568 นางวรดา ชำนาญพืช รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดชลบุรี เข้าร่วมเสวนาในหัวข้อ “NCDs EC Policy Win/Win – Work Well, Live Well” ในงานสมัชชาสุขภาพแห่งชาติ ครั้งที่ 18 ภายใต้ธีม “เศรษฐกิจยุคใหม่ สร้างสุขภาวะไทยยั่งยืน” ณ อาคารอิมแพ็ค ฟอรั่ม เมืองทองธานี
การเสวนาครั้งนี้มุ่งหารือแนวทางลดโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง (NCDs) ในสถานประกอบการ โดยนางวรดาได้สะท้อนถึง ความสำคัญของสุขภาพพนักงานที่มีต่อประสิทธิภาพขององค์กร โดยเน้นว่า สุขภาพของแรงงาน คือ รากฐานของความสามารถในการแข่งขันของภาคอุตสาหกรรม หากองค์กรใส่ใจเรื่องสุขภาวะอย่างเป็นระบบ จะช่วยลดปัญหาการลาป่วย เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต และสร้างคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้นให้กับพนักงานในระยะยาว ภาคอุตสาหกรรมพร้อมร่วมมือกับภาครัฐและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานสุขภาวะในสถานประกอบการให้เกิดผลอย่างยั่งยืน
เวทีเสวนาได้รับความร่วมมือจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิหลากหลายภาคส่วน ทั้งจาก สำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ (สสส.) กระทรวงแรงงาน ตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยและภาคเอกชน โดยมี ดร.ดนัย หวังบุญชัย ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ดำเนินรายการ
ความร่วมมือนี้ถือเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญในการผลักดันนโยบายสุขภาวะที่ทำงานอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ช่วยลดความเสี่ยง NCDs และยกระดับคุณภาพแรงงานไทยให้แข็งแรงและยั่งยืน
On November 27, 2025, Mrs. Worada Chamnarnpich, Vice President of the Chonburi Federation of Industries, participated in a discussion titled “NCDs EC Policy Win/Win – Work Well, Live Well” at the 18th National Health Assembly under the theme “New Era Economy, Building Sustainable Health for Thailand” held at Impact Forum, Muang Thong Thani.
This discussion aimed to explore ways to reduce non-communicable diseases (NCDs) in workplaces, where Mrs. Worada reflected on the significance of employee health on organizational performance. She emphasized that the health of the workforce is the foundation of the competitive capability of the industrial sector. If organizations systematically address health and well-being, it will help reduce absenteeism, enhance production efficiency, and improve the quality of life for employees in the long term. The industrial sector is ready to collaborate with the government and relevant agencies to elevate the health standards in workplaces for sustainable outcomes.
The forum brought together experts from various sectors, including the Health Promotion Fund Office, the Ministry of Labor, the Stock Exchange of Thailand, and the private sector, with Dr. Danai Wangbunchai serving as the moderator.
This collaboration marks another significant step in effectively promoting health policies that reduce the risk of NCDs and enhance the strength and sustainability of the Thai workforce.
