เมื่อวันที่ 18 ธันวาคม 2568 นายอภิชิต ประสพรัตน์ รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) พร้อมด้วย นายพงษ์พันธุ์ อมรวิวัฒน์ รองกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่หน่วยธุรกิจก๊าซธรรมชาติ บริษัท ปตท. จำกัด(มหาชน) (ปตท.) และ นายสุชาติ ระมาศ ผู้อำนวยการใหญ่ ผู้แทน บริษัท ปตท. น้ำมันและการค้าปลีก จำกัด (มหาชน) (โออาร์) ร่วมลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ (MOU) “โครงการความร่วมมือเพื่อเสริมศักยภาพ SMEs ด้านพลังงานและความยั่งยืนของเศรษฐกิจไทย” ณ ห้องพลังไทย 1 ปตท. สำนักงานใหญ่
พิธีลงนามฯ ได้รับเกียรติจาก นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธาน ส.อ.ท. นายทวี ปิยะพัฒนา รองประธานอาวุโส ส.อ.ท. นายกฤษณ์ อิ่มแสง เลขาธิการ ส.อ.ท. และนายประสงค์ อินทรหนองไผ่ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติการกลุ่มปิโตรเลียมขั้นปลาย รักษาการประธานเจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติการกลุ่มปิโตรเลียมขั้นต้นธรรมชาติ บริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) ร่วมเป็นสักขีพยาน
ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบูรณาการศักยภาพทั้ง 3 องค์กร โดย ส.อ.ท. เป็นศูนย์กลางเชื่อมโยงเครือข่าย SMEs ขณะที่ ปตท. เป็นดิจิทัลโซลูชั่นและสนับสนุนองค์ความรู้ด้านการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพพลังงานและการลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจก และ โออาร์ ลงทุนในเครื่องจักรและเทคโนโลยีเกี่ยวข้อง ตลอดจนให้คำปรึกษาด้านการพัฒนาโมเดลธุรกิจ ตั้งเป้ายกระดับผู้ประกอบการ SMEs ไม่น้อยกว่า 300 – 500 ราย สามารถบริหารจัดการพลังงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สอดคล้องตามทิศทางเศรษฐกิจคาร์บอนต่ำและมาตรฐานด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ภายใต้งบประมาณรวม 400 ล้านบาท ในระยะเวลา 2 ปี
นายอภิชิต ประสพรัตน์ รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย กล่าวว่า ส.อ.ท. โดยสถาบันวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต (SMI) จะเชื่อมโยงสมาชิกเครือข่ายอุตสาหกรรมผู้ประกอบการ SMEs ทั่วประเทศ ให้เข้าถึงโซลูชันด้านพลังงานและการจัดการพลังงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยโครงการมีจุดเด่น คือ SMEs ไม่จำเป็นต้องลงทุนเองในระยะเริ่มต้น เนื่องจากได้รับการสนับสนุนจากกลุ่ม ปตท. ทั้งด้านการลงทุนและองค์ความรู้จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ
นายพงษ์พันธุ์ อมรวิวัฒน์ รองกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่หน่วยธุรกิจก๊าซธรรมชาติ บริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) กล่าวว่า ปตท. ให้ความสำคัญกับผู้ประกอบการ SMEs ในฐานะฟันเฟืองหลักของระบบเศรษฐกิจไทย ซึ่งมีสัดส่วนการสร้างมูลค่าให้กับประเทศกว่า 35% ของ GDP โดย ปตท. จะทำหน้าที่เป็น Total Integration Platform ที่เชื่อมโยง SMEs เข้ากับโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านพลังงาน ดิจิทัลโซลูชัน ระบบจัดการพลังงานอัจฉริยะเพื่อช่วยให้ SMEs สามารถบริหารจัดการพลังงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ลดต้นทุนการดำเนินธุรกิจ และยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันในระยะยาว ตลอดจนมีองค์ความรู้ด้านการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพพลังงานและการลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจก ซึ่งจะช่วยสนับสนุนการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่เศรษฐกิจคาร์บอนต่ำอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมสร้างรากฐาน Ecosystem ทางพลังงานที่เข้มแข็ง ยกระดับความสามารถในการแข่งขันของภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทย และเสริมสร้างความยั่งยืนให้กับเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ
หม่อมหลวงปีกทอง ทองใหญ่ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท ปตท. น้ำมันและการค้าปลีก จำกัด (มหาชน) เปิดเผยว่า โออาร์ พร้อมสนับสนุนทั้งด้านเทคโนโลยี ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และบริการพลังงานแบบครบวงจร ได้แก่ ระบบโซลาร์เซลล์ ระบบให้บริการพลังงานความร้อนและความเย็น (Heat as a Service / Cooling as a Service) รวมถึงการจัดการน้ำเพื่ออุตสาหกรรมอย่างครบวงจร ตลอดจนการลงทุนในเครื่องจักร อุปกรณ์ และเทคโนโลยีที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อลดต้นทุนพลังงานให้กับผู้ประกอบการ ควบคู่กับให้คำปรึกษาการพัฒนาโมเดลธุรกิจที่ใช้พลังงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สนับสนุนการเติบโตอย่างมั่นคงในระยะยาว

This collaboration aims to integrate the capabilities of the three organizations, with FTI serving as the central hub connecting the SME network, while PTT provides digital solutions and supports knowledge on energy efficiency and greenhouse gas reduction, and OR invests in related machinery and technology, as well as offers consulting on business model development. The goal is to enhance at least 300 to 500 SME operators to manage energy efficiently, aligned with the direction of a low-carbon economy and environmental standards, with a total budget of 400 million baht over a period of 2 years.
Mr. Apichit Prasoprat, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries stated that FTI, through the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Development Institute (SMI), will connect members of the national SMEs industrial network to access energy solutions and efficient energy management. The project's highlight is that SMEs are not required to invest upfront, as they will receive support from PTT Group in both investment and expertise from specialists.
Mr. Pongpan Amornwiwat, Executive Vice President of the Natural Gas Business Unit of PTT Public Company Limited stated that PTT places significant importance on SMEs as a core component of the Thai economic system, contributing over 35% of the country’s GDP. PTT will act as a Total Integration Platform that connects SMEs to energy infrastructure, digital solutions, and smart energy management systems to help SMEs manage energy efficiently, reduce operational costs, and enhance long-term competitiveness while providing knowledge on energy efficiency and greenhouse gas reduction, thereby supporting the transition towards a tangible low-carbon economy, creating a robust energy ecosystem, enhancing the competitiveness of the Thai industrial sector, and promoting sustainability in the national economy.
Mom Luang Peekthong Thongyai, Chief Executive Officer of PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited revealed that OR is ready to support both technology, expertise, and comprehensive energy services including solar system, heat and cooling services (Heat as a Service / Cooling as a Service), as well as comprehensive water management for industries, along with investments in machinery, equipment, and related technologies to reduce energy costs for operators, while also providing consultancy on the development of energy-efficient business models to support stable long-term growth.
