เมื่อวันที่ 23 ธันวาคม 2568 นายอรุณ เอี่ยมสุรีย์ ประธานสถาบันเศรษฐกิจและการลงทุนไทย–จีน สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) พร้อมด้วยคณะกรรมการสถาบันฯ ได้แก่ นายปณิธาน ปวโรฬารวิทยา นายอนุวัตร เฉลิมไชย นายสุวัฒน์ เตชะวัฒนวรรณา นายถาวร กนกวลีวงศ์ และนางสุภาณี จันทศาศวัต เข้าพบนายนฤตม์ เทอดสถีรศักดิ์ เลขาธิการคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน (BOI) พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหาร เพื่อหารือแนวทางเชื่อมโยงห่วงโซ่การผลิตระหว่างผู้ประกอบการไทยและจีน รวมถึงการส่งเสริมการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยี ณ สำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน (BOI)
ที่ประชุมได้แลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองถึงอุปสรรคในการเชื่อมต่อผู้ประกอบการไทย–จีน ทั้งความแตกต่างด้านเครือข่าย วัฒนธรรมการทำงาน และความเชื่อมั่น พร้อมเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขผ่านกลไกการจับคู่ธุรกิจ (Business Matching) การนำบริษัทไทยรายใหญ่เป็นแกนกลางในการพา SMEs เข้าสู่ซัพพลายเชน รวมถึงการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือในอุตสาหกรรมใหม่ เช่น อุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า (EV) และอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
นอกจากนี้ ยังได้หารือประเด็นด้านมาตรฐานสินค้า การบังคับใช้กฎหมาย และความลักลั่นด้านภาษี เพื่อสร้างการแข่งขันที่เป็นธรรม และรองรับการย้ายฐานการผลิตจากจีนสู่ประเทศไทยอย่างยั่งยืน
On December 23, 2025, Mr. Arun Iamsuree, Chairman of the Thai–Chinese Economic and Investment Institute of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), along with institute committee members including Mr. Panittharn Pawaroonlarwittaya, Mr. Anuwat Chalermchai, Mr. Suwat Techawattanawana, Mr. Thaworn Kanokvaliwong, and Ms. Suphani Chanthasawat, met with Mr. Narut Therdsathien, Secretary-General of the Board of Investment (BOI), along with executives to discuss ways to connect the production chains between Thai and Chinese entrepreneurs, as well as promote technology transfer at the BOI office.
The meeting exchanged views on obstacles in connecting Thai–Chinese operators, including differences in networks, work culture, and trust, and proposed solutions through business matching mechanisms, using major Thai companies as a core to integrate SMEs into the supply chain, and promoting cooperation in new industries such as electric vehicle (EV) and electronics industries.
Additionally, issues regarding product standards, law enforcement, and tax discrepancies were discussed to create fair competition and support the sustainable relocation of production bases from China to Thailand.
