เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 25 ธันวาคม 2568 นายอภิชิต ประสพรัตน์ รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และนายสุวิทย์ ตันรัตนากร ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดสงขลา เข้าร่วมพิธีลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจ เรื่องการปรับสภาพแวดล้อมที่อยู่อาศัยสำหรับคนพิการ ผู้สูงอายุ ผู้ป่วยในระยะฟื้นฟู และผู้ที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิง ภายใต้นวัตกรรม “บ้านสร้างสุขชุมชน” จังหวัดสงขลา ร่วมกับภาคีเครือข่ายจำนวน 10 หน่วยงาน เพื่อบูรณาการทรัพยากร องค์ความรู้ และศักยภาพของแต่ละภาคส่วน ในการฟื้นฟูและปรับปรุงที่อยู่อาศัยของกลุ่มเปราะบางในจังหวัดสงขลา โดยเฉพาะผู้ที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากอุทกภัย ให้มีความปลอดภัย เหมาะสมต่อการดำรงชีวิต และสามารถพึ่งพาตนเองได้มากขึ้น ณ ห้องประชุมดงยาง 1 คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา
ส.อ.ท. มีบทบาทสำคัญในการประสานเครือข่ายผู้ประกอบการและภาคอุตสาหกรรมในพื้นที่ เพื่อสนับสนุนวัสดุก่อสร้าง อุปกรณ์ และองค์ความรู้ด้านมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตลอดจนส่งเสริมการนำทรัพยากรและนวัตกรรมจากภาคการผลิตมาสนับสนุนการพัฒนาที่อยู่อาศัยตามหลักความปลอดภัยทางกายภาพ (Physical Safety) การออกแบบที่เป็นสากล (Universal Design) และการรองรับภัยพิบัติในอนาคต (Disaster Resilience)
ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้นับเป็นการสะท้อนบทบาทของภาคอุตสาหกรรมในการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจควบคู่กับความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม โดยมุ่งเน้นการลดความเหลื่อมล้ำทางสังคม ยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชน และเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้กับชุมชนในพื้นที่จังหวัดสงขลาอย่างยั่งยืน
ภายหลังพิธีลงนาม คณะผู้แทนหน่วยงานภาคีได้ร่วมถ่ายภาพเป็นที่ระลึก และเยี่ยมชมบ้านสร้างสุขตัวอย่าง ซึ่งเป็นต้นแบบการประยุกต์ใช้องค์ความรู้ เทคโนโลยี และความร่วมมือจากทุกภาคส่วน เพื่อสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่อยู่อาศัยที่ปลอดภัย เป็นมิตร และเอื้อต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของกลุ่มเปราะบางในสังคม
On Thursday, December 25, 2025, Mr. Apichit Prasoprat, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), and Mr. Suwit Tanrattanakorn, Chairman of the Songkhla Provincial Industry Council, participated in the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding regarding the adjustment of the living environment for persons with disabilities, the elderly, patients in rehabilitation, and those with dependency conditions under the “Happy Community Homes” innovation in Songkhla, in collaboration with a network of 10 organizations. This initiative aims to integrate resources, knowledge, and the capabilities of each sector to rehabilitate and improve the housing of vulnerable groups in Songkhla, particularly those affected by flooding, ensuring safety, suitability for living, and increased self-reliance. The event took place at the Dong Yang 1 meeting room, Faculty of Engineering, Prince of Songkla University, Hatyai Campus, Songkhla Province.
FTI plays a crucial role in coordinating networks among entrepreneurs and industries in the region to support construction materials, equipment, and knowledge regarding relevant industrial standards, as well as promoting the integration of resources and innovations from the manufacturing sector to support housing development based on physical safety principles, universal design, and future disaster resilience.
This collaboration reflects the role of the industrial sector in driving the economy alongside social responsibility, focusing on reducing social disparities, enhancing the quality of life of the population, and strengthening community sustainability in Songkhla Province.
Following the signing ceremony, representatives of the partnering organizations took a commemorative photograph and visited a sample Happy Home, which serves as a model for the application of knowledge, technology, and collaboration from all sectors to create a safe, friendly living environment that supports the quality of life of vulnerable groups in society.
