เมื่อวันอังคารที่ 21 กรกฎาคม 2569 นายสุชาติ จันทรานาคราช รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และประธานสายงานแรงงาน เข้าร่วมงานสัมมนา “THAILAND² ยกกำลังประเทศไทย ยกระดับทุนมนุษย์” เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการลงทุนด้านทุนมนุษย์ ส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนทุกช่วงวัยเข้าถึงโอกาสทางการศึกษา พร้อมพัฒนาทักษะ Upskill และ Reskill เพื่อรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกและการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจ โดยมีนายอนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล นายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงมหาดไทย เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด ณ อาคารจักรพันธุ์เพ็ญสิริ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์
ภายในงาน ศ.ดร.ยศชนัน วงสวัสดิ์ รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม ได้นำเสนอแผน “Lifelong Support” พร้อมแถลงผลการดำเนินงานของ 5 กระทรวง ซึ่งครอบคลุมการสร้างโอกาสทางการศึกษา การพักและลดภาระหนี้เกษตรกร การยกระดับทักษะแรงงาน การเพิ่มสิทธิและสวัสดิการ ตลอดจนการประยุกต์ใช้นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชน
การบูรณาการความร่วมมือของทั้ง 5 กระทรวงในครั้งนี้ สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของภาครัฐในการยกระดับทุนมนุษย์ พัฒนาศักยภาพของประชาชนทุกช่วงวัย สร้างความมั่นคงด้านอาชีพและรายได้ พร้อมขับเคลื่อนประเทศไทยสู่เศรษฐกิจยุคใหม่อย่างยั่งยืน โดยไม่ทิ้งใครไว้ข้างหลัง
On Tuesday, July 21, 2026, Mr. Suchart Chanthararak, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and Chairman of the Labor Sector, attended the seminar “THAILAND² Powering Thailand to Enhance Human Capital” to drive investment in human capital, promoting access to educational opportunities for people of all ages, while developing Upskill and Reskill capabilities to adapt to global changes and economic growth. The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, at the Chakrabhand Pen Siri Building, Kasetsart University.
During the event, Professor Dr. Yothin Vanaswadi, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation, presented the “Lifelong Support” plan and reported on the progress of five ministries, covering the creation of educational opportunities, relief and reduction of farmers' debts, enhancement of labor skills, increase of rights and welfare, and the application of innovation and technology to improve the quality of life for citizens.
The integration of cooperation among the five ministries in this event reflects the government's commitment to enhancing human capital, developing the potential of citizens of all ages, ensuring job and income security, while driving Thailand towards a sustainable new economy, leaving no one behind.
