เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 5 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 สถาบันวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต (SMI) สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ได้จัดประชุมหารือร่วมกับธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย (ธปท.) เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลและความคิดเห็น ตลอดจนหารือแนวทางความร่วมมือในการดำเนินกิจกรรมและโครงการที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อสมาชิก ส.อ.ท. โดยมีนายอภิชิต ประสพรัตน์ รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. พร้อมด้วย ดร.สรณันท์ จิวะสุรัตน์ รองประธานสถาบัน SMI ดร.จิราภรณ์ วิริยะพงษากุล รองประธานสถาบัน SMI นายชูวิทย์ จึงธนสมบูรณ์ กรรมการสถาบัน SMI นายเอก บูรพวงศ์ รองเลขานุการและกรรมการสถาบัน SMI

การหารือครั้งนี้ ส.อ.ท. ได้แลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับประเด็นความท้าทายสำคัญของผู้ประกอบการ SME จากทั้ง 5 ภูมิภาค โดยเฉพาะด้านการเข้าถึงแหล่งเงินทุน สภาพคล่องทางการเงิน ความรู้ด้านบัญชีและการเงิน ตลอดจนต้นทุนทางการเงิน ซึ่งเป็นอุปสรรคต่อการดำเนินธุรกิจ ทั้งนี้ ประเด็นดังกล่าวสอดคล้องกับแนวทางการดำเนินงานของ ส.อ.ท. ภายใต้นโยบาย 4 GO
สำหรับปี 2569–2570 ส.อ.ท. มุ่งผลักดันนโยบาย GO FINANCE+ โดยตั้งเป้าสนับสนุนให้สมาชิกสามารถเข้าถึงแหล่งเงินทุนได้อย่างน้อยร้อยละ 60 และมีความรู้ด้านการเงิน บัญชี และภาษีอย่างครบถ้วนร้อยละ 100
นอกจากนี้ ที่ประชุมยังได้แลกเปลี่ยนแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาโครงการและกิจกรรมร่วมกันในอนาคต อาทิ การยกระดับความรู้ทางการเงินแก่ผู้ประกอบการ การเตรียมความพร้อมด้านข้อมูลเพื่อขอสินเชื่อ การส่งเสริมการใช้เครื่องมือดิจิทัลและเทคโนโลยีทางการเงิน รวมถึงโครงการ SMEs Credit Boost ของ ธปท. ซึ่งมีเป้าหมายเพื่อช่วยลดข้อจำกัดด้านเครดิต เสริมสภาพคล่อง และเพิ่มโอกาสให้ผู้ประกอบการ SME สามารถเข้าถึงแหล่งเงินทุนได้มากยิ่งขึ้น
On Thursday, February 5, 2026, the Small and Medium Enterprises Institute of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) held a meeting with the Bank of Thailand (BOT) to exchange information and opinions, as well as to discuss cooperation methods for activities and projects beneficial to FTI members. The meeting was attended by Mr. Apichit Prasoprat, Vice Chairman of FTI, along with Dr. Soranat Jiwasurat, Vice President of the SMI Institute, Dr. Jiraporn Wiriya-Pongsa-Kul, Vice President of the SMI Institute, Mr. Chuwit Cheungthanasomboon, Board Member of the SMI Institute, Mr. Ek Burapawong, Deputy Secretary and Board Member of the SMI Institute.

From the Bank of Thailand, led by Ms. Warangkhana Imudom, Director of the Macroeconomic Department, Mr. Pasit Chotiwatthanakul, Deputy Director of Financial Institution Strategy, and Mr. Kamlapob Jangkrumon, Macroeconomist, held at GS1-1 SAHAPAT Room, 11th Floor, FTI.
During this meeting, FTI exchanged information regarding significant challenges faced by SME operators across all five regions, particularly concerning access to funding sources, financial liquidity, knowledge in accounting and finance, as well as financial costs, which pose obstacles to business operations. These issues align with FTI's operational guidelines under the 4 GO policy.
For the year 2026-2027, FTI aims to promote the GO FINANCE+ policy, targeting to support members to access funding sources at least 60% and to have comprehensive knowledge in finance, accounting, and taxation at 100%.
Additionally, the meeting also exchanged ideas regarding the future development of joint projects and activities, such as enhancing financial literacy for entrepreneurs, preparing data for loan applications, promoting the use of digital tools and financial technology, as well as the BOT’s SMEs Credit Boost project, which aims to help reduce credit constraints, enhance liquidity, and increase opportunities for SME operators to access funding sources more effectively.
