วันที่ 23 กรกฎาคม 2569 นางพิมพ์ใจ ลี้อิสสระนุกูล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ในฐานะกรรมการ ประสานงานเพื่อการต่อต้านการทุจริต (คตท.) พร้อมด้วยนายปณิธาน ปวโรฬารวิทยา เลขาธิการ ส.อ.ท. เข้าร่วมประชุม คตท. ครั้งที่ 1/2569 โดยมีนายอนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล นายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงมหาดไทย เป็นประธานการประชุมฯ ณ ตึกภักดีบดินทร์ ทำเนียบรัฐบาล
คณะกรรมการฯ ชุดนี้ มีภารกิจในการพิจารณามาตรการป้องกันการทุจริต เพื่อยกระดับคะแนนดัชนีการรับรู้การทุจริต (CPI: Corruption Perceptions Index) และสนับสนุนกระบวนการเข้าเป็นสมาชิก OECD ของประเทศไทย โดยคณะกรรมการฯ ได้เห็นชอบ ดังนี้
1. จัดตั้งคณะอนุกรรมการอำนวยการต่อต้านสินบนและความเสี่ยงทุจริตภาครัฐ เพื่อขับเคลื่อนงานและกลั่นกรองข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายในประเด็นการแก้ไขปัญหาการให้หรือรับสินบน การทุจริต และประพฤติมิชอบของเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐอย่างเป็นระบบ
2. ข้อเสนอโครงการ “1 กรม 1 โปร่งใสไร้เทา” (One Agency One Integrity) เพื่อให้แต่ละหน่วยงานของรัฐคัดเลือกงานบริการหรือกระบวนการทำงานที่มีความเสี่ยงต่อการทุจริตสูงมาพัฒนาปรับปรุงเพื่อให้เกิดการแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม เป้าหมายครอบคลุมหน่วยงานของรัฐ 355 แห่ง
3. มาตรการป้องกันการทุจริตในการสอบเข้าทำงานภาครัฐ โดยกำหนดให้มีกฎหมายเฉพาะเพื่อกำหนดฐานความผิด กลไกการดำเนินการ และมาตรการทางกฎหมายต่อผู้กระทำความผิด พร้อมให้นำเสนอคณะรัฐมนตรีพิจารณามอบหมายให้สำนักงานคณะกรรมการกฤษฎีกายกร่างกฎหมายตามขั้นตอนต่อไป
การประชุมคณะกรรมการครั้งนี้ เป็นความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน ในการสร้างความเข้มแข็งและส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคเอกชน เพื่อร่วมกันผลักดันมาตรการที่สามารถนำไปปฏิบัติได้จริง สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของภาครัฐในการขับเคลื่อนการปฏิรูปและกำหนดมาตรการตามมาตรฐาน OECD
On July 23, 2026, Mrs. Pimjai Leeissaranukul, Chairperson of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), as a member of the Anti-Corruption Coordination Committee (ACC), along with Mr. Panithan Phavaroongwattaya, Secretary-General of FTI, participated in the 1st ACC meeting, chaired by Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, at the Phakdi Bodin Building, Government House.
The committee is tasked with considering measures to prevent corruption in order to enhance the Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) and support Thailand's process of becoming a member of the OECD. The committee has approved the following measures:
1. Establishment of a subcommittee on anti-bribery and public sector corruption risk management to drive initiatives and refine policy recommendations regarding issues related to giving or receiving bribes, corruption, and misconduct by public officials in a systematic manner.
2. Proposal of the “One Agency One Integrity” project to encourage each government agency to select high-risk services or processes for corruption to improve and develop concrete solutions, targeting a total of 355 government agencies.
3. Preventive measures against corruption in public sector recruitment examinations by specifying a dedicated law to define offenses, operational mechanisms, and legal measures for offenders, with plans to present to the Cabinet for consideration and assignment to the Council of State to draft the legislation accordingly.
This committee meeting represents cooperation between the public and private sectors in strengthening and promoting the involvement of the private sector to jointly push for practical measures that align with government policies aimed at driving reform and establishing measures in accordance with OECD standards.
