วันอังคารที่ 5 พฤษภาคม 2569 องค์การบริหารจัดการก๊าซเรือนกระจก (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ อบก. เปิดตัวแคมเปญ “VB SAVE+” (วี บี เซฟ พลัส) ณ ห้อง Common Ground Theater สถาบันเพื่อการยุติธรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (TIJ) เพื่อสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการไทยในการลดค่าใช้จ่ายด้านประเมินและทวนสอบคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์ และการตรวจสอบความใช้ได้และทวนสอบสำหรับโครงการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกภาคสมัครใจตามมาตรฐานของประเทศไทย (T-VER) โดยมุ่งช่วยให้ภาคธุรกิจสามารถเข้าถึงระบบประเมินและการรับรองได้ง่ายขึ้น พร้อมหนุน SME เข้าถึงระบบรับรอง เพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถแข่งขันในตลาดโลก
นายณกรณ์ ตรรกวิรพัท ผู้อำนวยการองค์การบริหารจัดการก๊าซเรือนกระจก กล่าวว่า แคมเปญ VB SAVE+ ได้ทำการเปิดรับสมัครหน่วยงานที่ปรึกษาและหน่วยงานทวนสอบข้อมูลคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์ และหน่วยตรวจสอบความใช้ได้และทวนสอบโครงการ T-VER เพื่อให้บริการในอัตราพิเศษ แคมเปญนี้จะช่วยลดภาระค่าบริการที่ปรึกษาและผู้ทวนสอบ CFO และ CFP ได้ประมาณ 40–60% เมื่อเทียบกับค่าใช้จ่ายปกติที่อยู่ในช่วง 15,000–20,000 บาท/Man-day เหลือเพียงไม่เกิน 10,000 บาท/วัน ในส่วนของโครงการ T-VER อบก.กำหนดค่าใช้จ่ายการตรวจสอบความใช้ได้และทวนสอบโครงการเดี่ยวไม่เกิน 40,000 บาท/โครงการ และโครงการแบบควบรวมและแบบแผนงานไม่เกิน 70,000 บาท/โครงการ โดยในส่วนของ CFO เริ่มนำร่องครอบคลุมสาขาอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตทั่วไป และกิจกรรมบริการทั่วไป ภายใต้แคมเปญนี้ คาดว่าจะช่วยลดภาระค่าใช้จ่ายให้ภาคธุรกิจได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 50–70 ล้านบาทต่อปี
ด้าน ดร.อภิรดี ขาวเธียร รองผู้อำนวยการ สำนักงานส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (สสว.) กล่าวว่า นอกจากการมีแคมเปญ VB SAVE+ ที่สามารถช่วยลดค่าใช้จ่ายค่าที่ปรึกษาและค่าทวนสอบให้ผู้ประกอบการแล้ว ในส่วนของ สสว. ก็ได้ให้การสนับสนุนค่าทวนสอบคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์และโครงการ T-VER เช่นกัน โดยผู้ประกอบการ SME ภาคการผลิตที่มีรายได้ต่อปีไม่เกิน 100 ล้านบาท และภาคอื่นๆ ที่มีรายได้ต่อปีไม่เกิน 50 ล้านบาท สามารถนำค่าใช้จ่ายจากการใช้บริการผู้ทวนสอบคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์และโครงการ T-VER ที่อยู่ภายใต้ระบบ BDS (Business Development Service) ของ สสว. ในการขอรับการสนับสนุนได้สูงสุดถึง 80% ภายใต้วงเงินไม่เกิน 100,000 บาท ผ่านแคมเปญ “SME ปัง ได้เงินคืน” ที่ สสว. ดำเนินการอยู่เพิ่มขึ้นอีก
ในส่วนของนางสาวภัทร์ ศาสตร์ขำ ผู้จัดการอาวุโส ส่วนงานพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน สำนักงานส่งเสริมการจัดประชุมและนิทรรศการ (องค์การมหาชน) (สสปน.) กล่าวว่า สสปน. ได้เล็งเห็นความสำคัญของการดำเนินงานด้านความยั่งยืนในอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์ ที่ผ่านมา สสปน. ได้ให้การสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการไมซ์อย่างต่อเนื่อง ทั้งการร่วมกับ อบก. จัดสัมมนาฝึกอบรมให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการก๊าซเรือนกระจกให้กับผู้ประกอบการไมซ์ ปัจจุบันยังได้เผยแพร่ข้อมูลที่ปรึกษาและผู้ทวนสอบคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์ให้กับผู้ประกอบการไมซ์ ดังนั้น ที่ปรึกษาและหน่วยงานทวนสอบที่เข้าร่วมแคมเปญ VB SAVE+ จะได้รับการสนับสนุนเพิ่มเติมจาก สสปน. ด้วยการนำรายชื่อไปเผยแพร่บนเว็บไซต์ https://www.businesseventsthailand.com ของ สสปน. ภายใต้หัวข้อ Sustainability ในรูปแบบ “Recommended list” ซึ่งช่วยเพิ่มโอกาสและทำให้ผู้ประกอบการไมซ์สามารถเข้าถึงผู้ให้บริการได้สะดวกยิ่งขึ้น นับว่าเป็นการเพิ่มโอกาสและยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการเข้าถึงบริการด้านความยั่งยืนของผู้ประกอบการไมซ์ไทย
นอกจากนี้ นางสาวพรรรัตน์ เพชรภักดี ผู้อำนวยการใหญ่ สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) กล่าวว่า ส.อ.ท. ได้ให้ความสำคัญกับการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้ผู้ประกอบการไทยดำเนินงานด้านคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์ของผลิตภัณฑ์และคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์ขององค์กรมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง อันจะช่วยเตรียมความพร้อมให้กับภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทยสามารถปรับตัวเข้ากับกฎระเบียบการค้าในโลกยุคใหม่ที่เห็นความสำคัญด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ นอกจากนี้ ส.อ.ท. ยังทำหน้าที่เป็นสะพานเชื่อมไปสู่แหล่งงบประมาณสนับสนุน อาทิ โครงการ SME ปัง ตังได้คืน (BDS) ของ สสว. ที่ช่วยลดภาระค่าใช้จ่ายในการขอรับรองเครื่องหมายคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์ เป็นต้น ส.อ.ท. เห็นว่า แคมเปญ VB SAVE+ ที่เปิดตัวครั้งนี้ ไม่ได้เป็นการช่วยลดค่าใช้จ่ายให้กับผู้ประกอบการเท่านั้น แต่จะเป็นจุดเปลี่ยนสำคัญที่ช่วยให้ SME เข้าถึงโอกาสในการดำเนินงานเพื่อยกระดับธุรกิจของตน ดังนั้น ส.อ.ท. จะเป็นกำลังหลักในการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลรายชื่อที่ปรึกษาและผู้ทวนสอบภายใต้แคมเปญ VB SAVE+ ไปยังสมาชิกและเครือข่าย เพื่อสนับสนุนให้ภาคอุตสาหกรรมดำเนินงานด้านคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์และโครงการ T-VER อย่างต่อเนื่อง อันจะช่วยติดอาวุธให้ผู้ประกอบการไทยโดยเฉพาะ SME สามารถยกระดับสู่ห่วงโซ่อุปทานสีเขียว และรักษาขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันในเวทีโลกได้
On Tuesday, May 5, 2026, the GHG Management Organization (public organization) launched the "VB SAVE+" campaign at the Common Ground Theater, Thailand Institute of Justice (TIJ), to support Thai entrepreneurs in reducing costs related to assessing and verifying carbon footprints and verifying the viability of voluntary greenhouse gas reduction projects according to Thailand's T-VER standards. This initiative aims to help the business sector easily access assessment and certification systems while also supporting SMEs in obtaining certification to enhance their competitiveness in the global market.
Mr. Nakorn Trakavirapat, Director of the GHG Management Organization, stated that the VB SAVE+ campaign has opened applications for consultants and carbon footprint verification organizations to provide services at special rates. This campaign is anticipated to reduce the fees for CFO and CFP consultants and verifiers by approximately 40–60% compared to the normal service costs ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 THB/man-day, reducing the fee to no more than 10,000 THB per day. For T-VER projects, the GHG Management Organization sets the fees for verifying the viability and single project audits at a maximum of 40,000 THB per project, and for combined programs at a maximum of 70,000 THB per project. The CFO initiative will initially cover the general manufacturing industry and general service activities under this campaign, expected to reduce business costs by no less than 50–70 million THB annually.
Dr. Apiradee Khaothean, Deputy Director of the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion (SME Promotion), noted that in addition to the VB SAVE+ campaign that can reduce consulting and verification costs for entrepreneurs, the SME Promotion Office also supports costs for carbon footprint verification and T-VER projects. SMEs in the manufacturing sector with annual revenues not exceeding 100 million THB, and other sectors with revenues not exceeding 50 million THB can claim up to 80% of expenses for using carbon footprint verification services and T-VER projects under the BDS (Business Development Service) system of the SME Promotion Office, within a maximum budget of 100,000 THB through the “SME Pung, Get Cashback” campaign currently being implemented.
Meanwhile, Ms. Phat Sarakham, Senior Manager of Sustainable Development Division of Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (public organization), expressed that the Bureau recognizes the importance of sustainability practices in the MICE industry. The Bureau has continuously supported MICE operators, including collaboration with GHG Management Organization to conduct seminars to educate MICE operators about greenhouse gas management. Currently, the Bureau has published information regarding consultants and carbon footprint verifiers for MICE operators. Therefore, the consultants and verification organizations participating in the VB SAVE+ campaign will receive additional support from the Bureau by having their names published on the https://www.businesseventsthailand.com website under the Sustainability topic in the “Recommended list,” which will enhance opportunities and allow MICE operators to more easily access service providers, thus increasing the opportunities and improving the accessibility of sustainability services for Thai MICE operators.
Furthermore, Ms. Parrath Pechphakdee, Director-General of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), mentioned that FTI emphasizes the promotion and support for Thai entrepreneurs to conduct carbon footprint assessments of products and organizations continuously. This effort helps prepare the Thai industrial sector to adapt to global trade regulations that recognize the significance of climate change. Additionally, FTI acts as a bridge to funding sources such as the SME Pung, Get Cashback (BDS) project of the SME Promotion Office, which assists in reducing the burdensome costs of carbon footprint certification services. FTI believes that the VB SAVE+ campaign will not only help reduce expenses for entrepreneurs but will also serve as a critical turning point enabling SMEs to seize opportunities for improving their businesses. Therefore, FTI will play a leading role in disseminating information about consultants and verification organizations under the VB SAVE+ campaign to its members and network, to support the industrial sector in continuously developing carbon footprint initiatives and T-VER projects, thereby empowering Thai entrepreneurs, particularly SMEs, to elevate themselves to a green supply chain and maintain their competitiveness in the global arena.
