นายกฯ ประชุมร่วมรัฐ-เอกชน เดินหน้าต้านทุจริต ยกระดับระบบโปร่งใส ตรวจสอบได้Prime Minister Holds Joint Meeting with Public and Private Sectors to Advance Anti-Corruption Efforts and Enhance Transparent and Accountable Systems

Today (May 20, 2026), Khun Pimjai Leeissaranukul, President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), assigned Khun Panithan Pawarolnarawit, Secretary-General of FTI, to participate in a meeting to integrate cooperation between the public and private sectors in order to drive anti-corruption measures and improve the management system to be transparent and accountable. The meeting was chaired by Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul, who is also the Minister of the Interior, along with representatives from various public and private sector agencies at the Phakdi Bodin Building, Government House.

FTI expresses gratitude and appreciation for the efforts of the Prime Minister and government agencies in responding promptly and effectively to the feedback from the private sector regarding transparency in public service.

Furthermore, the meeting received the proposal for the “Framework for Driving Anti-Corruption Measures: 6 Key Actions” from the Zero Corruption Working Group, comprising the following:

1. Cultivating awareness in addressing corruption sustainably.
2. Establishing anti-corruption policies for public agencies, state enterprises, and the private sector to implement clear policies, measures, and internal oversight systems, particularly regarding high-risk issues such as procurement, human resource management, licensing, auditing, and evaluation.
3. Developing a corruption risk management system that prevents issues from the outset through risk management tools that can clearly identify risk factors.
4. Making public data accessible, verifiable, and analyzable to reduce information gaps, minimize discretion, and enhance public confidence, which is crucial for reducing systemic corruption.
5. Leveraging Big Data and AI technology to detect abnormal behaviors, connect databases between agencies, and support real-time auditing.
6. Establishing guidelines for complaints and measures to protect whistleblowers.

The Prime Minister has assigned all relevant agencies to apply the 6 anti-corruption measures to enhance operational mechanisms, particularly in terms of data disclosure and connectivity with anti-corruption agencies, to build international confidence in investment, business operations, and cooperation in various dimensions. Additionally, this initiative aims to propel Thailand as a potential production and investment hub, thereby leading to sustainable income generation and growth for the country and its people.
