วันศุกร์ที่ 22 พฤษภาคม 2569 นางพิมพ์ใจ ลี้อิสสระนุกูล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) พร้อมด้วยนายกุลิศ สมบัติศิริ อดีตปลัดกระทรวงพลังงาน นายมงคล เฮงโรจนโสภณ รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และประธานสถาบันพลังงานเพื่ออุตสาหกรรม นายสมบูรณ์ พิทยรังสฤษฎ์ รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. นายปณิธาน ปวโรฬารวิทยา เลขาธิการ ส.อ.ท. ร่วมให้การต้อนรับกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมโรงกลั่นน้ำมันปิโตรเลียม นำโดยนางรุ่งนภา จันทร์ชูเกียรติ ประธานกลุ่มฯ นายบวรศักดิ์ วาณิชย์กุล รองประธานกลุ่มฯ พร้อมคณะกรรมการกลุ่มฯ เนื่องในโอกาสเข้าพบเพื่อแสดงความยินดีในการเข้ารับตำแหน่ง ประธาน ส.อ.ท. วาระปี 2569-2571 ณ ส.อ.ท.
นางพิมพ์ใจ ได้นำเสนอวิสัยทัศน์และทิศทางการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมไทยภายใต้นโยบาย "5I" หรือ "The New Chapter of Thai Industry" ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 5 ยุทธศาสตร์หลัก ได้แก่ I1 - Intelligent Industry การขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรมด้วย Digital และ AI, I2 - Innovation & Creative Industry การสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มด้วยนวัตกรรมและความคิดสร้างสรรค์, I3 - International Alliance & Network การผลักดันไทยสู่การเป็น Global Supply Chain Hub, I4 - Industrial Infrastructure Reform การปรับโครงสร้างพื้นฐานเพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน และ I5 - Inclusive & Sustainable Growth การเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนควบคู่กับความรับผิดชอบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม สังคม และธรรมาภิบาล โดยมุ่งเน้น I3 - International Alliance & Network เป็นหลักเพื่อส่งเสริมผู้ประกอบการไทยให้มีช่องทางการตลาดในระดับโลก
ด้านนางรุ่งนภา ได้นำเสนอว่ากลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมโรงกลั่นน้ำมันปิโตรเลียม ซึ่งเป็น 1 ใน 48 กลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมภายใต้ ส.อ.ท. พร้อมสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานภายใต้นโยบาย 5I และได้รายงานภาพรวมของกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมโรงกลั่นน้ำมัน ว่ามีสมาชิกทั้งหมด 7 บริษัท โดยกลุ่มฯ ได้เน้นย้ำบทบาทสำคัญในการสร้างความมั่นคงด้านพลังงานให้แก่ประเทศ และพร้อมเดินหน้าผลิตวัตถุดิบเพื่อป้อนไปยังอุตสาหกรรมใน Supply Chain
ส.อ.ท. และกลุ่มฯ โรงกลั่นน้ำมันปิโตรเลียม มีความพร้อมในการสนับสนุนตามนโยบาย 5I ของ ส.อ.ท. โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งใน I5 - Inclusive & Sustainable Growth ที่มุ่งเน้นการดำเนินธุรกิจอย่างยั่งยืน ดูแลสิ่งแวดล้อม และสร้างการเติบโตร่วมกันกับสังคม สอดรับกับทิศทางการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมโรงกลั่นน้ำมันปิโตรเลียม ในยุคพลังงานสะอาดที่ทุกภาคส่วนกำลังให้ความสำคัญ
On Friday, May 22, 2026, Ms. Pimjai Leeissaranukul, President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), together with Mr. Kulit Sombatsiri, former Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Energy, Mr. Mongkol Hengrojanasophon, Vice President of FTI and President of the Energy Institute for Industry, Mr. Somboon Pithyarangsarit, Vice President of FTI, and Mr. Panithan Pawarolnawit, Secretary-General of FTI, welcomed the Petroleum Oil Refining Industry Group led by Ms. Rungnapa Janchookiat, President of the Group, and Mr. Bowornsak Vanitkul, Vice President of the Group, during their visit to congratulate on her assuming the position of President of FTI for the term 2026-2028 at FTI.
Ms. Pimjai presented her vision and direction for the development of the Thai industry under the "5I" policy or "The New Chapter of Thai Industry," which consists of 5 main strategies: I1 - Intelligent Industry, driving the industry with Digital and AI, I2 - Innovation & Creative Industry, creating value-added through innovation and creativity, I3 - International Alliance & Network, pushing Thailand to be a Global Supply Chain Hub, I4 - Industrial Infrastructure Reform, restructuring infrastructure to enhance competitiveness, and I5 - Inclusive & Sustainable Growth, promoting sustainable growth alongside responsibility towards the environment, society, and governance, with a focus on I3 - International Alliance & Network as a core to promote Thai entrepreneurs to have marketing channels at the global level.
Ms. Rungnapa stated that the Petroleum Oil Refining Industry Group, which is one of the 48 industry groups under FTI, is ready to support the implementation of the 5I policy and reported an overview of the oil refining industry group, which has a total of 7 member companies. The group emphasized its important role in ensuring energy security for the country and is ready to continue producing raw materials to supply to industries in the supply chain.
FTI and the Petroleum Oil Refining Group are prepared to support the 5I policy of FTI, particularly in I5 - Inclusive & Sustainable Growth, which emphasizes conducting business sustainably, caring for the environment, and fostering growth together with society, aligning with the direction of developing the petroleum oil refining industry in the era of clean energy, which all sectors are currently prioritizing.
