ส.อ.ท. ร่วมกับ ธนาคารกรุงไทย จํากัด (มหาชน) สมาคมบริษัทจัดการพลังงานไทย (Thai ESCO Association) และบริษัทจัดการพลังงาน (ESCO) ยกระดับ Green Finance เชื่อมเงินทุนสู่โครงการด้านพลังงานสะอาด และ Energy Efficiency มุ่งสนับสนุนการเปลี่ยนผ่านพลังงาน และเพิ่มขีดความสามารถการแข่งขันภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทย
ล่าสุด เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 7 กันยายน 2569 นายมงคล เฮงโรจนโสภณ รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดประชุม “การยกระดับการเงินสีเขียวเพื่อการเปลี่ยนผ่านพลังงานสะอาดของไทย” ณ ห้องประชุม PTT GROUP (1012) ชั้น 10 ส.อ.ท.
นายมงคล กล่าวว่า แนวนโยบายที่ ส.อ.ท. ให้ความสำคัญ คือ การทำให้การเปลี่ยนผ่านด้านพลังงานเกิดขึ้นได้จริง และต้องตอบโจทย์ทั้งด้านความมั่นคง ต้นทุนที่แข่งขันได้ และภาคอุตสาหกรรมต้องสามารถเข้าถึงพลังงานสะอาดและเทคโนโลยีที่ช่วยลด Carbon ได้
ด้าน นายรองเพชร บุญช่วยดี ที่ปรึกษากรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ ด้าน Sustainability ธนาคารกรุงไทย กล่าวว่า ภาคการเงินมีบทบาทสำคัญในการสนับสนุนการเปลี่ยนผ่านด้านพลังงานของประเทศ โดยมี ESCO เป็นกลไกสําคัญในการเชื่อมโยงผู้ประกอบการเข้ากับแหล่งเงินทุน
นายอรรถพงศ์ สถิตมโนธรรม รองประธานสถาบันพลังงานเพื่ออุตสาหกรรม ส.อ.ท. กล่าวว่า SMEs ยังมีข้อจำกัดด้านความรู้และเทคโนโลยีในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้พลังงาน สถาบันพลังงานฯ จึงมุ่งสนับสนุนผ่าน 3 กลไก ได้แก่ องค์ความรู้ ESCO และการพัฒนา One Stop Service Platform เพื่อเชื่อมโยงผู้ประกอบการกับเทคโนโลยีและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และผลักดันการอนุรักษ์พลังงานให้เกิดขึ้นจริงในภาคอุตสาหกรรม
ภายในงาน ยังมีการนำเสนอลักษณะการดำเนินธุรกิจ และบทบาทของ ESCO โดย นายนิเพท โตวิริยะเวช อุปนายกสมาคมบริษัทจัดการพลังงาน และผลิตภัณฑ์การเงิน และสินเชื่อสีเขียวของธนาคารกรุงไทย โดยนายสมเพชร สมร่าง เจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโส Corporate Credit Products
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการเปิดเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น เพื่อรับฟังความต้องการและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการเข้าถึงแหล่งเงินทุนและสินเชื่อสีเขียวจากสมาคมบริษัทจัดการพลังงานไทย (Thai ESCO Association) และบริษัทจัดการพลังงาน (ESCO) เพื่อร่วมกันหาแนวทางสนับสนุนการเข้าถึงแหล่งทุนและเร่งการลงทุนด้านการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพพลังงานของภาคธุรกิจอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
FTI, in partnership with Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited, the Thai ESCO Association, and Energy Service Companies (ESCOs), aims to enhance green finance by connecting funding to clean energy and energy efficiency projects, focusing on supporting the energy transition and increasing the competitiveness of Thailand's industrial sector.
Most recently, on Monday, September 7, 2026, Mr. Mongkol Hengrojanasopon, Vice President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), presided over the opening of the meeting titled “Advancing Green Finance for Thailand's Clean Energy Transition” at the PTT GROUP Conference Room (1012) on the 10th floor of FTI.
Mr. Mongkol stated that the policy focus of FTI is to ensure that the energy transition becomes a reality, addressing issues of security, competitive costs, and ensuring that the industrial sector can access clean energy and technologies that reduce carbon emissions.
Mr. Rongpet Boonchuaydi, Senior Executive Vice President for Sustainability at Krung Thai Bank, remarked that the financial sector plays a crucial role in supporting the country’s energy transition, with ESCOs being a vital mechanism in connecting businesses with funding sources.
Mr. Atthapong Satitmanotham, Vice President of the Energy Institute for Industry at FTI, mentioned that SMEs still face limitations in knowledge and technology regarding energy efficiency improvements. The Energy Institute thus aims to support through three mechanisms: knowledge dissemination, ESCO collaboration, and the development of a One Stop Service Platform to connect businesses with relevant technologies and agencies while promoting actual energy conservation in the industrial sector.
The event also featured presentations about the business operations and roles of ESCOs by Mr. Nipat Toviriyawech, Vice President of the Thai ESCO Association, alongside financial products and green loans from Krung Thai Bank, presented by Mr. Somphat Somrang, Senior Officer of Corporate Credit Products.
Additionally, a discussion forum was held to gather feedback and suggestions regarding access to funding sources and green loans from the Thai ESCO Association and ESCOs to collaboratively find ways to support access to funding and expedite investment in energy efficiency improvements in the business sector.
