เมื่อวันที่ 3 สิงหาคม 2569 นางพิมพ์ใจ ลี้อิสสระนุกูล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และนายวีรชัย มั่นสินธร รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และประธานสถาบันเศรษฐกิจและการลงทุนไทย–จีน พร้อมนายวัชรินทร์ เจียวิริยบุญญา รองประธานสถาบันฯ นายหลี เผย รองประธานสถาบันฯ นางปรานี คุรุเวฬุกรณ์ เลขานุการสถาบันฯ นายวรวิทย์ จำเริญเลิศ และนายสุพจน์ ชัยวิไล กรรมการสถาบันฯ ให้การต้อนรับนาย Liu Quanlei ประธานสมาคมการค้าวิสาหกิจจีนในประเทศไทย (Chinese Enterprises Association: CEA) และคณะ เพื่อหารือความร่วมมือด้านการค้าและการลงทุน ณ ส.อ.ท.
ในการหารือ ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้แนะนำบทบาท ภารกิจ และการดำเนินงานของแต่ละองค์กร พร้อมแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับผลการดำเนินงานที่ผ่านมา ตลอดจนหารือแนวทางในการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างผู้ประกอบการไทยและจีน
ประเด็นสำคัญที่มีการแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น ได้แก่ การสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างภาคอุตสาหกรรมของทั้งสองประเทศ การสนับสนุนการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อเชื่อมโยงผู้ประกอบการไทยและจีน การส่งเสริมการค้า การลงทุน และการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลด้านอุตสาหกรรม เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้สมาชิกของทั้งสององค์กร ได้สร้างความร่วมมือทางธุรกิจและขยายโอกาสการลงทุนร่วมกันในอนาคต
การพบปะครั้งนี้ นับเป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการกระชับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง ส.อ.ท. และ CEA พร้อมวางรากฐานสำหรับการสานต่อความร่วมมือระหว่างภาคอุตสาหกรรมของไทยและจีน เพื่อสนับสนุนการเติบโตด้านเศรษฐกิจ การค้า และการลงทุนของทั้งสองประเทศอย่างยั่งยืน
On August 3, 2026, Ms. Pimjai Leeissaranukul, President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), along with Mr. Weerachai Munsinthorn, Vice President of the FTI and President of the Thai–Chinese Economic and Investment Institute, and Mr. Watcharin Chiawiriya-boonyana, Vice President of the Institute, Mr. Li Pei, Vice President of the Institute, Ms. Pranee Kulveleukorn, Secretary of the Institute, Mr. Worawit Jamreunlert, and Mr. Supachai Chaivilai, Directors of the Institute, welcomed Mr. Liu Quanlei, President of the Chinese Enterprises Association in Thailand (CEA), and his delegation to discuss cooperation in trade and investment at the FTI.
During the discussion, both parties introduced the roles, missions, and operations of their respective organizations and exchanged information regarding past performance, as well as discussed ways to promote collaboration between Thai and Chinese entrepreneurs.
Key issues of discussion included building networks of cooperation between the industrial sectors of both countries, supporting activities to connect Thai and Chinese entrepreneurs, promoting trade, investment, and exchanging industrial information to provide opportunities for members of both organizations to create business collaborations and expand joint investment opportunities in the future.
This meeting serves as an important opportunity to strengthen the relationship between the FTI and CEA, laying the groundwork for continued cooperation between the industrial sectors of Thailand and China, to support sustainable economic growth, trade, and investment for both countries.
