เมื่อวันที่ 4 สิงหาคม 2569 ดร.ปิยะนุช มาลากุล ณ อยุธยา รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) เข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดและการปฐมนิเทศหลักสูตร “การค้าระหว่างประเทศสำหรับผู้บริหารยุคใหม่ (New International Commerce Course for Executives: NIC²E)” ภายใต้โครงการ “การสร้างความเข้าใจประโยชน์ของความตกลงการค้าเสรี (FTA) สร้างเครือข่าย FTA Club” รุ่นที่ 4 ซึ่งจัดโดยกรมเจรจาการค้าระหว่างประเทศ กระทรวงพาณิชย์ ณ ห้องประชุมมโนปกรณ์นิติธาดา ชั้น 12 กระทรวงพาณิชย์
ในโอกาสดังกล่าว นายเอกฉัตร ศีตวรรัตน์ รองปลัดกระทรวงพาณิชย์ ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานในพิธี พร้อมมอบนโยบายและแนวทางในการเตรียมความพร้อมผู้บริหารไทยให้สามารถใช้ประโยชน์จากความตกลงการค้าเสรี (FTA) ได้อย่างเต็มศักยภาพ เพื่อรับมือกับความท้าทายทางการค้าและเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของประเทศ ท่ามกลางบริบทเศรษฐกิจโลกที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว
หลักสูตร NIC²E รุ่นที่ 4 มีผู้บริหารจากภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และสถาบันการเงินเข้าร่วมอบรม โดยมุ่งเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้และแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ในประเด็นสำคัญด้านการค้าระหว่างประเทศ อาทิ โอกาสจากความตกลงการค้าเสรี (FTA) การประยุกต์ใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) ในการค้าและธุรกิจยุคใหม่ ตลอดจนบทบาทของธนาคารเพื่อการส่งออกและนำเข้าแห่งประเทศไทย (EXIM BANK) ในการสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการไทย รวมถึงการใช้ประโยชน์จากกองทุน FTA เพื่อยกระดับศักยภาพการแข่งขันของภาคธุรกิจ โดยได้รับความร่วมมือจากหน่วยงานสำคัญ อาทิ สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร (สศก.) สำนักงานส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (สสว.) และหน่วยงานพันธมิตรที่เกี่ยวข้อง
โครงการ “การสร้างความเข้าใจประโยชน์ของความตกลงการค้าเสรี (FTA) สร้างเครือข่าย FTA Club” ดำเนินการอย่างต่อเนื่องเป็นปีที่ 4 โดยในปีนี้ได้จัดหลักสูตร NIC²E รุ่นที่ 4 เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้บริหารไทยให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านการค้าระหว่างประเทศ สามารถใช้ประโยชน์จาก FTA เครื่องมือสนับสนุนทางการเงิน และเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ควบคู่ไปกับการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน อันจะเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของผู้ประกอบการไทยและยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของประเทศในระยะยาว
On August 4, 2026, Dr. Piyanuj Malakul na Ayudhya, Vice President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), attended the opening ceremony and orientation of the "New International Commerce Course for Executives: NIC²E" under the project "Understanding the Benefits of Free Trade Agreements (FTA) and Establishing the FTA Club Network" for the 4th batch, organized by the Department of International Trade Negotiations, Ministry of Commerce, at the Manopakorn Nitithada Meeting Room, 12th Floor, Ministry of Commerce.
On this occasion, Mr. Ekachart Sitthawaran, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce, graciously presided over the ceremony and provided policies and guidelines for preparing Thai executives to fully utilize the benefits of Free Trade Agreements (FTA) in order to address trade challenges and enhance the country's competitive capabilities amidst the rapidly changing global economic context.
The 4th NIC²E course includes executives from the public sector, private sector, and financial institutions who participate in training aimed at enhancing knowledge and exchanging experiences on key issues related to international trade, such as opportunities from Free Trade Agreements (FTA), the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in modern trade and business, as well as the role of the Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM BANK) in supporting Thai entrepreneurs, including utilizing the FTA Fund to enhance the competitive capabilities of the business sector, with collaboration from key agencies such as the Office of Agricultural Economics (OAE), the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion (OSMEP), and relevant partner agencies.
The project "Understanding the Benefits of Free Trade Agreements (FTA) and Establishing the FTA Club Network" has been continuously implemented for the 4th year, and this year, the 4th NIC²E course has been organized to develop the potential of Thai executives to possess knowledge and understanding of international trade, enabling them to effectively utilize FTA benefits, financial support tools, and modern technologies, alongside creating a collaborative network between the public and private sectors, which will be a crucial mechanism in strengthening Thai entrepreneurs and enhancing the country's competitiveness in the long term.
