FTI and MCOT moved forward in discussions to cooperate in linking the media's capabilities with the networks of Thai industrial operators, aiming to enhance the communication of useful information while also opening opportunities for technology and digital business to support future media operations.
On August 18, 2026, FTI executives, led by Mr. Narongrit Panichchiwa, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and head of the Membership Relations Division, and Dr. Piyanuch Malakul Na Ayudhya, Vice Chairman of FTI and head of the Corporate Communications Division, engaged in discussions of cooperation with Dr. Yada Kasayapanan, Acting Executive Director of MCOT Public Company Limited, and Mr. Kittipong Kantirat, Deputy Executive Director of the Organization Management Division at MCOT, along with their team. They also toured the comprehensive production and broadcasting process of the radio program, including the live show “Khuikhomong at 3 PM,” at the MCOT headquarters.
The discussions focused on exploring ways to connect the “power of media” with the “capabilities of the industrial sector”, encompassing the public relations of members and Thai entrepreneurs, the creation of content that addresses business needs, as well as incorporating technology and digital solutions to support the development of media operations.
Dr. Yada expressed that MCOT is ready to embrace new forms of collaboration that are not limited to radio and television, but also encompass online media, digital platforms, and event management to enhance communication and public relations channels for the industrial sector.
Mr. Narongrit emphasized that FTI prioritizes communication to connect information and opportunities to its members and Thai industrial operators, believing that the collaboration with MCOT will enhance communication and public relations channels within the industrial sector. At the same time, there are opportunities to extend cooperation in Digital Technology to integrate solutions, software, and innovations from the industrial sector to support the development of media operations, making them more relevant in the digital age.
Subsequently, the FTI team visited the production and broadcasting process of the comprehensive radio program, including the live airing of the show “Khuikhomong at 3 PM,” reflecting MCOT's capabilities in content production and presentation through various media formats.
This discussion marks the beginning of a collaborative synergy between the industrial sector and modern media to jointly develop communication formats that reach operators and society more effectively, paving the way for new collaboration and opportunities in the future.
