เมื่อวันที่ 10 มิถุนายน 2569 นางพิมพ์ใจ ลี้อิสสระนุกูล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) พร้อมด้วยนายปณิธาน ปวโรฬารวิทยา เลขาธิการ ส.อ.ท. นายวีรชัย มั่นสินธร รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และประธานสถาบันเศรษฐกิจและการลงทุนไทย-จีน (TCEII) นายหลี เผย รองประธานสถาบันฯ นายวัชรินทร์ เจียวิริยบุญญา รองประธานสถาบันฯ นายประวิตร ปัญญาสกุลวงศ์ กรรมการสถาบันฯ นายสุพจน์ ชัยวิไล กรรมการสถาบันฯ นายวรวิทย์ จำเริญเลิศ กรรมการสถาบันฯ นายพงษ์ศักดิ์ พิบูลศักดิ์ กรรมการสถาบันฯ นางปรานี คุรุเวฬุกรณ์ เลขานุการสถาบันฯ และนายทศพร เลิศพิเชฐ ผู้ช่วยเลขานุการสถาบันฯ ให้การต้อนรับ นายเจียง เหว่ย อัครราชทูตที่ปรึกษาฝ่ายเศรษฐกิจและการพาณิชย์ สถานเอกอัครราชทูตสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนประจำประเทศไทยและคณะ ณ ห้องมงคลสุธี ส.อ.ท.
ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้หารือแนวทางยกระดับความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจและอุตสาหกรรมไทย–จีน โดยมุ่งส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านการลงทุน การพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า (EV) การเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของห่วงโซ่อุปทาน การพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) และเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล ตลอดจนการสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการ SMEs และการเชื่อมโยงความร่วมมือกับภาคธุรกิจและเมืองศักยภาพของจีน
นอกจากนี้ ทั้งสองฝ่ายยังเห็นพ้องที่จะผลักดันกิจกรรมจับคู่ทางธุรกิจ การพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร และการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างภาคอุตสาหกรรมของไทยและจีน เพื่อเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน และส่งเสริมการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจร่วมกันอย่างยั่งยืนในระยะยาว
On June 10, 2026, Mrs. Pimjai Leeissaranukul, Chairperson of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), together with Mr. Panithan Pawarolnaviya, Secretary-General of FTI, Mr. Veerachai Munsinthorn, Vice President of FTI and Chairman of the Thai-Chinese Economic and Investment Institute (TCEII), Mr. Li Pei, Vice Chairman of the Institute, Mr. Wacharin Chiewiriyaboonya, Vice Chairman of the Institute, Mr. Pravitra Panyasakulwong, Institute Board Member, Mr. Supachai Chaiwilai, Institute Board Member, Mr. Worawit Jamroenlerd, Institute Board Member, Mr. Pongsak Phibulsak, Institute Board Member, Ms. Pranee Kuruwelukorn, Institute Secretary, and Mr. Tosaporn Lertphichet, Assistant Secretary of the Institute, welcomed Mr. Jiang Wei, Economic and Commercial Counselor of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Thailand and his delegation at the Mongkolsuthee Room, FTI.
Both parties discussed ways to elevate Thai-Chinese economic and industrial cooperation, focusing on promoting investment cooperation, developing the electric vehicle (EV) industry, strengthening the supply chain, developing personnel in artificial intelligence (AI) and the digital economy, as well as supporting SMEs and linking cooperation with Chinese business sectors and potential cities.
Additionally, both parties agreed to promote business matching activities, develop human resource potential, and create a network of cooperation between the industrial sectors of Thailand and China, to enhance competitive capability and promote sustainable economic growth together in the long term.
