ส.อ.ท. มีบทบาทสำคัญในการเป็นตัวกลางเชื่อมโยงผู้ประกอบการ โดยเฉพาะ SMEs กับภาคการเงิน ผ่านความร่วมมือกับธนาคารกรุงไทย พัฒนาแพลตฟอร์ม Funding Connect ให้สามารถเชื่อมโยงผู้ประกอบการกับแหล่งเงินทุนและบริการทางการเงินที่เหมาะสม
เมื่อวันที่ 24 สิงหาคม 2569 นายวีรชัย มั่นสินธร ประธานสถาบันวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต (SMI) และรองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) นายสราวุธ สงวนเผ่า รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. พร้อมด้วยนายเอก บูรพวงศ์ กรรมการ ส.อ.ท. เข้าหารือกับนายวีระพงศ์ ศุภเศรษฐ์ศักดิ์ ผู้บริหารสายงานธุรกิจขนาดใหญ่ 3 และนายจตุฤทธิ์ จันทรกานต์ ที่ปรึกษากรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ ธนาคารกรุงไทย ณ อาคาร 2 ธนาคารกรุงไทย สำนักงานใหญ่
การหารือครั้งนี้มุ่งแลกเปลี่ยนแนวทางความร่วมมือด้านแพลตฟอร์ม Funding Connect เพื่อสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการ โดยเชื่อมโยงผู้ประกอบการกับแหล่งเงินทุนและบริการทางการเงิน พร้อมหารือเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการของธนาคารกรุงไทย เพื่อเพิ่มทางเลือกให้แก่กลุ่ม SMEs
ในส่วนของ ส.อ.ท. เอง จะทำหน้าที่คัดกรองและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของผู้ประกอบการ เพื่อจับคู่ (Matching) กับแหล่งทุนที่เหมาะสม และเพิ่มโอกาสให้ผู้ประกอบการเข้าถึงแหล่งทุนได้ตรงกับความต้องการมากยิ่งขึ้น
ความร่วมมือด้าน Funding Connect สอดคล้องกับแนวนโยบาย 5I ของ ส.อ.ท. โดยเฉพาะ I1: Intelligent Industry ที่มุ่งนำเทคโนโลยีและระบบดิจิทัลมาเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินธุรกิจ I2: Innovation & Creative Industry ที่ส่งเสริมการสร้างนวัตกรรมและรูปแบบการดำเนินธุรกิจใหม่ ๆ และ I5: Inclusive Sustainability ที่ให้ความสำคัญกับการบูรณาการความร่วมมือจากทุกภาคส่วน เพื่อสร้างโอกาสและลดข้อจำกัดในการเข้าถึงแหล่งทุนของผู้ประกอบการ SMEs อย่างทั่วถึง
ทั้งนี้ ส.อ.ท. และธนาคารกรุงไทย จะร่วมกันพัฒนาแนวทางสนับสนุนภาคธุรกิจ เพื่อให้ผู้ประกอบการสามารถเข้าถึงบริการทางการเงินได้สะดวก รวดเร็ว และตรงกับความต้องการมากยิ่งขึ้น
The FTI plays a vital role as a mediator connecting entrepreneurs, particularly SMEs, with the financial sector. Through collaboration with Krung Thai Bank, the Funding Connect platform has been developed to link entrepreneurs with appropriate funding sources and financial services.
On August 24, 2026, Mr. Weerachai Munsinthorn, Chair of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Institute of the Manufacturing Industry (SMI) and Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), along with Mr. Sarawut Sa-nguanpao, Vice Chairman of the FTI, and Mr. Aek Burapawong, Director of the FTI, met with Mr. Weerapong Suphasethsak, Executive Vice President of Large Business Division 3, and Mr. Jaturit Chanthrakarn, Senior Advisor to the President of Krung Thai Bank at Building 2, Krung Thai Bank Headquarters.
This discussion focused on exchanging cooperation approaches regarding the Funding Connect platform to support entrepreneurs by linking them with funding sources and financial services, while also discussing the products and services offered by Krung Thai Bank to provide more options for SMEs.
FTI will filter and analyze the entrepreneurs' needs to match them with suitable funding sources, thereby increasing the chances for entrepreneurs to access capital that aligns more closely with their requirements.
The collaboration on Funding Connect aligns with FTI's 5I policy, particularly I1: Intelligent Industry, which aims to integrate technology and digital systems to improve business efficiency; I2: Innovation & Creative Industry, which promotes the creation of innovations and new business models; and I5: Inclusive Sustainability, which emphasizes the importance of collaboration across all sectors to create opportunities and reduce barriers to access funding for SMEs comprehensively.
FTI and Krung Thai Bank will jointly develop strategies to support the business sector so that entrepreneurs can access financial services more conveniently, quickly, and according to their needs.
