On December 2, 2024, Dr. Chana Phumee, Vice President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI)

and President of the Water and Environment Institute for Sustainability, attended the annual private sector sustainability leaders meeting titled "GCNT Forum 2024: Inclusive Business for Equitable Society" aimed at transforming future businesses to create an equitable and sustainable society. This event was conducted in collaboration with the United Nations in Thailand and 141 member organizations of the Global Compact Network Thailand (UNGCNT), along with various stakeholders focused on sustainability at the United Nations Conference Center in Bangkok.  .

The meeting emphasized the commitment to advancing sustainable business, highlighting the concept of "Inclusive Business," which focuses on the participation of all sectors to create business growth alongside positive social impacts, particularly supporting grassroots, micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the supply chain to achieve sustainable development goals by 2030. More than 400 participants, including the United Nations in Thailand, member organizations, and sustainability partners, were present at the event.
