งานบริการด้านการแพทย์: โครงการตรวจสุขภาพพนักงานประจำปีกับ ส.อ.ท.

ที่มาโครงการ โครงการตรวจสุขภาพพนักงาน เป็นโครงการที่สภาอุตสาหกรรมฯ รวบรวมจำนวนผู้เข้าร่วมและรายการตรวจสุขภาพของสมาชิก เพื่อเพิ่มอำนาจในการต่อรองกับสถานพยาบาล ทำให้สมาชิกสามารถเข้าถึงบริการตรวจสุขภาพในราคาที่เหมาะสม คุ้มค่า และมีคุณภาพ

สิทธิประโยชน์ของโครงการตรวจสุขภาพ

1. ลดค่าใช้จ่ายตรวจสุขภาพกว่า 30-50% สมาชิกสามารถเข้าถึงการตรวจสุขภาพในราคาที่คุ้มค่า จากการรวมจำนวนผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการเพื่อเพิ่มอำนาจในการต่อรอง
2. ราคาเดียวกันทั้งโครงการ ได้รับราคาตามโครงการเดียวกัน โดยไม่จำกัดจำนวนผู้เข้าร่วมตรวจสุขภาพ “ยิ่งรวมจำนวน ยิ่งเพิ่มอำนาจต่อรอง”
3. เงื่อนไขพิเศษสำหรับสมาชิก สมาชิกได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์และบริการต่าง ๆ ตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม เช่น ใบรับรองแพทย์, การ Walkthrough Survey / การสำรวจสถานที่ก่อนเข้าตรวจ และสิทธิประโยชน์อื่น ๆ ตามที่ระบุใน TOR
4. ให้บริการตรวจสุขภาพทั่วประเทศ สามารถจัดบริการตรวจสุขภาพในพื้นที่ต่าง ๆ ทั่วประเทศ โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมในส่วนของการเดินทางออกหน่วย
5. สามารถใช้สิทธิประกันสังคมได้ ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการสามารถใช้สิทธิประกันสังคมร่วมกับการตรวจสุขภาพได้ ตามเงื่อนไขและรายการที่สำนักงานประกันสังคมกำหนด

Roles and Responsibilities of the Organization

To operate as an intelligent service organization with the FTI Smart Service Platform incorporating Modernized Database and AI to enhance member satisfaction while driving businesses into the future.
To develop, enhance, and improve benefits and services for greater efficiency.
To provide certification services for various documents, such as e-C/O, BOI, APEC cards, and financial status certificates.
To provide FTI e-Privileges for members.
To provide medical services.
To provide business services.
To cooperate with internal agencies, government agencies, and private sectors in conducting related activities.

Medical Services: Annual employee health check-up program with FTI.

Project Source The employee health check-up program is an initiative by the Federation of Thai Industries to compile the number of participants and health check-up items for members, thereby increasing bargaining power with healthcare institutions, allowing members to access health check-up services at reasonable, cost-effective, and quality prices.

Benefits of the Health Check-up Program

1. Reduce health check-up costs by 30-50% Members can access health check-ups at reasonable prices by aggregating the number of participants to increase bargaining power.
2. Uniform pricing across the project Participants receive prices based on the same project without limiting the number of health check-up participants. "The more participants, the greater the bargaining power."
3. Special conditions for members Members enjoy benefits and services as specified without additional charges, such as medical certificates, walkthrough surveys prior to checks, and other benefits as stated in the TOR.
4. Health check-up services available nationwide Health check-up services can be arranged in various locations across the country without additional travel costs for field units.
5. Ability to use social security benefits Participants can use social security benefits in conjunction with health check-ups according to the conditions and items specified by the Social Security Office.
