สนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดทั่วประเทศให้มีความเข้มแข็ง สามารถขับเคลื่อนภาคอุตสาหกรรมในพื้นที่ เชื่อมโยงเครือข่าย เพื่อยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของผู้ประกอบการและเศรษฐกิจในระดับภูมิภาค
พันธกิจ
- ส่งเสริมความเข้มแข็งของสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัด สนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการ การดำเนินงาน และการขับเคลื่อนภารกิจให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายและยุทธศาสตร์ของสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.)
- ยกระดับศักยภาพผู้ประกอบการและสมาชิกในภูมิภาค ผ่านการพัฒนาความรู้ เทคโนโลยี นวัตกรรม การตลาด และองค์ความรู้ที่จำเป็นต่อการปรับตัวและเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน
- ประสานและบูรณาการความร่วมมือระหว่างส่วนกลางกับภูมิภาค รวมถึงหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน สถาบันการศึกษา และภาคีเครือข่าย เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมในพื้นที่อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
- รวบรวมและผลักดันประเด็นสำคัญของภาคอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัด ทั้งด้านปัญหา อุปสรรค ความต้องการ และข้อเสนอแนะ เพื่อเชื่อมโยงไปสู่การแก้ไขปัญหาและการพัฒนาเชิงนโยบาย
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบของหน่วยงาน
- สนับสนุนและประสานการดำเนินงานของสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดทั่วประเทศ รวมถึงคณะกรรมการ คณะทำงาน และเครือข่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานภายในสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) หน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน สถาบันการศึกษา และองค์กรพันธมิตร เพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมในระดับพื้นที่
- รวบรวม วิเคราะห์ และประสานการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อสมาชิกและภาคอุตสาหกรรมในจังหวัด รวมถึงผลักดันข้อเสนอและประเด็นสำคัญไปยังหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจเชิงพื้นที่ การเชื่อมโยงระหว่างจังหวัดและกลุ่มจังหวัด รวมถึงการสนับสนุนโครงการที่สร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มและโอกาสทางเศรษฐกิจให้แก่พื้นที่
- สนับสนุนการพัฒนาเครือข่ายผู้นำและผู้ประกอบการรุ่นใหม่ เพื่อสร้างกำลังสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนภาคอุตสาหกรรมในอนาคต
- จัดทำข้อมูล รายงาน ผลการดำเนินงาน และข้อเสนอเพื่อประกอบการพิจารณาของผู้บริหาร ตลอดจนติดตามและประเมินผลการดำเนินงานตามแผนงานและโครงการที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ปฏิบัติภารกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับส่งเสริม สนับสนุน และสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้แก่สภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัด ตามนโยบายของสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย

Vision
Support the operations of provincial industrial councils across the country to strengthen their capacity to drive the industrial sector in their areas, connect networks, and enhance the competitiveness of entrepreneurs and regional economies.
Mission
- Enhance the strength of provincial industrial councils by supporting management, operations, and driving missions in line with the policies and strategies of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI).
- Elevate the capabilities of entrepreneurs and members in the region through the development of knowledge, technology, innovation, marketing, and essential competencies for adaptation and increased competitiveness.
- Coordinate and integrate cooperation between central and regional levels including government agencies, the private sector, educational institutions, and network partners to concretely drive industrial development in the areas.
- Collect and advocate key issues of provincial industrial sectors including problems, obstacles, needs, and recommendations to connect with solutions and policy development.
Roles and Responsibilities of the Agency
- Support and coordinate the operations of provincial industrial councils nationwide, including committees, working groups, and related networks.
- Coordinate cooperation with agencies within the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), government agencies, the private sector, educational institutions, and partner organizations to support industrial development at the local level.
- Collect, analyze, and coordinate the resolution of issues affecting members and the industrial sector in provinces, including advocating proposals and key issues to relevant agencies.
- Promote economic development at the local level, connecting provinces and groups of provinces, including supporting projects that create added value and economic opportunities for the areas.
- Support the development of networks of leaders and new entrepreneurs to create vital forces driving the industrial sector in the future.
- Prepare data, reports, performance results, and proposals for the consideration of executives, as well as monitor and evaluate performance according to assigned plans and projects.
- Carry out missions related to promoting, supporting, and strengthening provincial industrial councils in accordance with the policies of the Federation of Thai Industries.
