โครงการ SMEs Pro-active มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการแข่งขันของ SMEs ไทยในตลาดโลก โดยสนับสนุนให้ SMEs สามารถขยายช่องทางในตลาดต่างประเทศด้วยตนเองได้มากขึ้นThe SMEs Pro-active Programme aims to strengthen the global competitiveness of Thai SMEs by supporting them to expand their own channels into overseas markets.
ผู้ประกอบการสามารถเลือกกิจกรรมที่จะเข้าร่วมด้วยตนเองตามกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาดของบริษัท ซึ่ง SMEs จะได้รับประโยชน์โดยตรงในการเข้าสู่ตลาด โดยเฉพาะการขยายตลาดผ่านช่องทางการค้ารูปแบบใหม่ ๆEntrepreneurs choose the activities they join according to their own marketing strategy, gaining direct market-entry benefits — especially through new trade channels.

ขั้นตอนการสมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการ SMEs Pro-activeHow to Apply for the SMEs Pro-active Programme
สมัครเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมผ่านเว็บไซต์โครงการ SMEs Pro-active ได้ง่าย ๆ เพียงทำตามขั้นตอนดังนี้Apply to join an activity via the SMEs Pro-active website by following these steps.
- เข้าสู่ระบบLog in
- ตรวจสอบคุณสมบัติCheck eligibility
- อัปเดตข้อมูลบริษัทUpdate company info
- กรอกใบสมัครApply
- แนบเอกสารAttach documents
- ยืนยันส่งSubmit
- รอผลพิจารณาAwait result
- ส่งเอกสารเบิกจ่ายReimbursement
เข้าสู่ระบบLog In
- เข้าเว็บไซต์ SMEs Pro-active และเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Username/Password สมาชิกกรมส่งเสริมการค้าระหว่างประเทศVisit the SMEs Pro-active website and log in with your DITP member username and password.
- ตรวจสอบเลขนิติบุคคลและคุณสมบัติเบื้องต้นVerify your juristic person number and preliminary eligibility.
ตรวจสอบข้อมูลบริษัทReview Company Information
- ตรวจสอบข้อมูลนิติบุคคล สมาชิกสภาฯ ข้อมูลบริษัท และที่อยู่Check your juristic person details, organization membership, company profile, and address.
- แก้ไขข้อมูลให้ถูกต้องก่อนสมัครกิจกรรมCorrect any details before applying for an activity.
กรอกใบสมัครกิจกรรมComplete the Activity Application
- กรอกข้อมูลกิจกรรม บริษัท ผู้ติดต่อ สินค้าที่นำไปจัดแสดง และผู้ร่วมเดินทางFill in the activity, company, contact person, exhibited products, and travelling participants.
- กรอกข้อมูลกิจกรรมที่ผ่านการพิจารณา และแนบเอกสารที่กำหนดEnter approved activity details and attach the required documents.
- เมื่อครบถ้วนแล้ว ยืนยันส่งใบสมัครให้สภาฯ พิจารณาOnce complete, confirm submission for FTI's consideration.
ติดตามสถานะTrack Your Status
- เข้าเมนู ข้อมูลผู้ประกอบการ → ตรวจสอบสถานะกิจกรรม เพื่อดูขั้นตอนการพิจารณาGo to Entrepreneur Information → Check Activity Status to follow the review process.
กรณีผ่านการพิจารณา: ขอเบิกจ่ายIf Approved: Request Reimbursement
- เข้าเมนู ส่งเอกสารเพื่อขอเบิกจ่ายOpen the Submit Reimbursement Documents menu.
- เตรียมเอกสาร ดาวน์โหลด ลงนาม ประทับตรา และอัปโหลดเข้าระบบPrepare, download, sign, stamp, and upload the documents.
- เลือก บันทึกและยืนยันการส่งข้อมูล เพื่อส่งให้เจ้าหน้าที่พิจารณาSelect Save and Confirm Submission to send them for review.
กรณีต้องการยกเลิกIf You Need to Cancel
- เข้าเมนูตรวจสอบสถานะกิจกรรม → เลือก ส่งคำขอยกเลิกGo to Check Activity Status → select Submit Cancellation Request.
- ระบุเหตุผล พิมพ์เอกสาร ลงนาม ประทับตรา และอัปโหลดกลับเข้าระบบState the reason, print the document, sign, stamp, and upload it back.
กิจกรรม e-Commerce ข้ามพรมแดนCross-Border e-Commerce Activities
- หลังดำเนินกิจกรรม ต้องเข้าเมนู แจ้งรายงานผลสถิติยอดขาย และกรอกข้อมูลยอดขายตามที่ระบบกำหนดAfter the activity, open the Sales Statistics Report menu and submit the sales figures required by the system.
รวมขั้นตอนการสมัครแบบละเอียด รายการหลักฐานและเอกสารที่ต้องเตรียม แบบฟอร์ม และขั้นตอนการเบิกจ่ายทั้งหมดIncludes detailed application steps, the required document checklist, forms, and the full reimbursement process.

สมัครเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมผ่านเว็บไซต์โครงการ SMEs Pro-active ของกรมส่งเสริมการค้าระหว่างประเทศApply to join an activity through the SMEs Pro-active website operated by the Department of International Trade Promotion.
ระบบจะปิดรับสมัครทันทีเมื่อมีผู้สมัครครบตามจำนวนที่กำหนดApplications close immediately once the quota is reached.

ได้ โครงการกำหนดเพียงว่ามูลค่าการส่งออกเฉลี่ยย้อนหลัง 3 ปี ต้องไม่เกิน 500 ล้านบาท จึงไม่ได้บังคับว่าต้องเคยส่งออกมาก่อน นอกจากนี้ นิติบุคคลที่ดำเนินธุรกิจบริการระหว่างประเทศ และนิติบุคคลที่สมัครเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนำเสนอผลงาน (Business Pitching) ยังได้รับการยกเว้นคุณสมบัติเรื่องการส่งออกด้วย
Yes. The programme only requires that your average export value over the past 3 years does not exceed 500 million baht — prior export experience is not mandatory. Juristic persons in international service businesses and those joining Business Pitching activities are also exempt from the export requirement.

เข้าเมนูตรวจสอบสถานะกิจกรรมในระบบ แล้วเลือก “ส่งคำขอยกเลิก” ระบุเหตุผลการยกเลิก พิมพ์เอกสาร ลงนามและประทับตราบริษัท จากนั้นอัปโหลดเอกสารกลับเข้าระบบเพื่อให้เจ้าหน้าที่พิจารณา
Open Check Activity Status in the system, select “Submit Cancellation Request”, state the reason, print the document, sign and stamp it, then upload it back for officer review.
