ระหว่างวันที่ 23-24 ธันวาคม 2567 สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) จัดสองทีม เข้าเยี่ยมเยียนและให้คำปรึกษากับผู้ประกอบการที่ได้รับผลกระทบอุทกภัยในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ได้แก่ จังหวัดสงขลา ยะลา นราธิวาสและปัตตานี
สำหรับวันที่ 23 ธันวาคม 2567 คณะที่ 1 นำโดยนายอิศเรศ รัตนดิลก ณ ภูเก็ต รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และนายทะเบียน นายสมบูรณ์ พิทยรังสฤษฎ์ ประธานกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องจักรกลและโลหะการ และนายฉัตรชัย เศวตวงศ์โสภณ ผู้แทนกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมเหล็ก ได้ลงพื้นที่จังหวัดสงขลาและยะลา โดยมีนางสาวเสาวลักษณ์ พรเศรษฐ์ หัวหน้าสำนักงานสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดสงขลา และนางสาวจรี แซ่ท่อง เจ้าหน้าที่สภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดยะลา นำคณะพบปะและให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการฟื้นฟูโรงงานของสมาชิก ส.อ.ท. หลังได้รับผลกระทบจากอุทกภัยจำนวน 3 แห่ง ได้แก่ 1) บริษัท โชติวัฒน์อุตสาหกรรมการผลิต จำกัด (มหาชน) (สน4868) ธุรกิจประเภทปลาทูน่าบรรจุกระป๋อง จังหวัดสงขลา 2) ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด 168 พันธ์ศักดิ์ กรุ๊ป (สน11454) ธุรกิจประเภทแปรรูปไม้ยางพารา จังหวัดยะลา และ 3) บริษัท เซาท์แลนด์รับเบอร์ จำกัด (สน1738) ธุรกิจประเภทยางแผ่นรมควัน ผลิตยางแท่ง ผลิตถุงมือแพทย์ ผลิตน้ำยางข้น ผลิตถุงพลาสติก จังหวัดยะลา
คณะที่ 2 นำโดยนายอภิชิต ประสพรัตน์ รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. ประธานสถาบันวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต และประธานสายงานสมาชิกสัมพันธ์ กิจกรรมและรายได้ นายอดิศร ตันเองชวน ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมภาคใต้ นายโกวิท แย้มกลิ่น ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมกลุ่มจังหวัดภาคใต้ชายแดน นายพงศ์ศักดิ์ ชุติเชาวน์กุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดนราธิวาส นางสาวสุวพีร์ ศิริกุลวัฒนา รองประธานกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องจักรกลและโลหะการ และนายจักกฤษณ์ รัตนมณี ผู้แทนกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมเหล็ก ได้ลงพื้นที่จังหวัดนราธิวาส โดยมีนางอารีรัตน์ ยอดศรี เจ้าหน้าที่สภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดนราธิวาส นำคณะพบปะสมาชิก ส.อ.ท. จำนวน 3 แห่ง ได้แก่ 1) บริษัท เอส.โอ.เอ็น เอ็นจิเนียริ่ง จำกัด (สน5477) ธุรกิจประเภทแอสฟัลติกคอนกรีต 2) บริษัท อาร์ เอ็น พี อุตสาหกรรมจำกัด (สน14181) ธุรกิจประเภทคอนกรีตผสมเสร็จ ท่อคอนกรีตอัดแรง ผลิตภัณฑ์คอนกรีต และ 3) บริษัท นราปาล์มทองออยล์ กรุ๊ป บือซา จำกัด (สน17221) ธุรกิจประเภทน้ำมันปาล์มดิบ
สำหรับวันที่ 24 ธันวาคม 2567 คณะที่ 1 ได้ออกเดินทางร่วมไปกับคณะที่ 2 โดยมีนางสาวปัญฑิตา สร้างตั้น เจ้าหน้าที่สภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดปัตตานี นำทีมเข้าเยี่ยมเยียนและให้คำปรึกษากับผู้ประกอบการที่ได้รับผลกระทบอุทกภัยในจังหวัดปัตตานี จำนวน 2 แห่ง ได้แก่ 1) บริษัท วัชระคอนกรีต จำกัด (สน3651) ธุรกิจประเภทคอนกรีตและวัสดุก่อสร้าง และ 2) บริษัท ปาล์มพัฒนาชายแดนใต้ จำกัด (สน9750) ธุรกิจประเภทการผลิตน้ำมันปาล์ม
ภายหลังจากการเยี่ยมเยือนโรงงาน คณะได้เดินทางไปโรงงานไฟฟ้าชีวมวล บริษัท โกลบอลกรีนโฮลดิ้ง จำกัด สาขาเทพา อำเภอเทพา จังหวัดสงขลา ซึ่งคณะได้เยี่ยมชมพื้นที่โรงงานที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากอุทกภัย รวมถึงให้คำปรึกษาเรื่องการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรอีกด้วย
ทั้งนี้ ส.อ.ท. เฝ้าติดตามสถานการณ์น้ำอย่างใกล้ชิด และสื่อสารให้ผู้ประกอบการที่เป็นสมาชิก ส.อ.ท. ได้เตรียมความพร้อมและหาแนวทางการป้องกัน สำหรับการเยี่ยมเยียนครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้คำปรึกษา แนะแนวทางฟื้นฟู เพื่อให้สมาชิกสามารถกลับมาประกอบธุรกิจได้เร็วที่สุด โดยที่ผ่านมา ส.อ.ท. ได้มีการเผยแพร่องค์ความรู้ด้านการฟื้นฟู เช่น คลิปวิดีโอสอนการซ่อมเครื่องจักร และเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า การให้บริการออนไลน์เกี่ยวกับการฟื้นฟูและเยียวยาในแต่ละด้านกับสมาชิก โดยเป็นการให้คำปรึกษาตรงเป็นรายบริษัท รวมทั้งการจัดทำแพ็กเกจสินค้าและบริการสำหรับสมาชิกจากกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมต่างๆ อย่างเป็นระบบ
From December 23-24, 2024, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) organized two teams to visit and provide consultation to businesses affected by flooding in the southern border provinces, including Songkhla, Yala, Narathiwat, and Pattani
On December 23, 2024, Team 1, led by Mr. Itsareth Rattanadilok na Phuket, Vice Chairman of FTI, and Mr. Somboon Pityarangsrit, Chairman of the Machinery and Metal Industry Group, along with Mr. Chatchai Sawetwongsohon, Representative of the Steel Industry Group, visited Songkhla and Yala provinces. They were accompanied by Ms. Sawaluck Pornseth, Head of the Songkhla Provincial FTI Office, and Ms. Jaree Saethong, Officer of the Yala Provincial FTI Office, to meet and provide advice on the recovery of FTI member factories affected by floods at three locations: 1) Chotiwat Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Public) (Reg. No. 4868), a canned tuna business in Songkhla; 2) 168 Phansak Group Limited Partnership (Reg. No. 11454), a rubber wood processing business in Yala; and 3) Southland Rubber Co., Ltd. (Reg. No. 1738), a producer of smoked sheets of rubber, rubber production, medical glove production, concentrated latex production, and plastic bag production in Yala.
Team 2, led by Mr. Apichit Pasaprat, Vice Chairman of FTI, President of the Small and Medium Enterprises Institute for Manufacturing Industry, and Chairman of Member Relations, along with Mr. Adisorn Tan Ong Chuan, Chairman of the Southern Industrial Council, Mr. Kowit Yaemklin, Chairman of the Southern Border Province Industrial Council, Mr. Phongsak Chuthichawankul, Chairman of the Narathiwat Provincial Industrial Council, Ms. Suwapee Sirikulwattana, Vice Chairman of the Machinery and Metal Industry Group, and Mr. Chakrit Rattanamanee, Representative of the Steel Industry Group, visited Narathiwat province. They were joined by Ms. Areerat Yodsri, Officer of the Narathiwat Provincial FTI Office, to meet with FTI members at three locations: 1) S.O.N Engineering Co., Ltd. (Reg. No. 5477), an asphalt concrete business; 2) R.N.P. Industry Co., Ltd. (Reg. No. 14181), a ready-mixed concrete and precast concrete pipe business; and 3) Narapalm Thong Oil Group Buesa Co., Ltd. (Reg. No. 17221), a crude palm oil business.
On December 24, 2024, Team 1 joined Team 2, led by Ms. Pandita Sangtan, Officer of the Pattani Provincial FTI Office, visiting and consulting with businesses affected by flooding in Pattani at two locations: 1) Watchara Concrete Co., Ltd. (Reg. No. 3651), a concrete and construction material business; and 2) Palm Development Southern Border Co., Ltd. (Reg. No. 9750), a palm oil production business.
After visiting the factories, the teams traveled to the biomass power plant of Global Green Holding Co., Ltd., located in Teparang, Songkhla, where they observed the areas of the plant affected by flooding and provided consultation regarding machinery maintenance.
FTI continues to closely monitor the water situation and communicates with its member businesses to ensure they prepare and seek preventive measures. The primary objective of this visit was to provide consultation and guidance on recovery to enable members to resume their businesses as quickly as possible. In the past, FTI has disseminated knowledge on recovery, such as video clips on machinery repair and electrical appliances, offering online services related to recovery and support in various areas for members, which includes direct consultations on a company-by-company basis as well as the development of packaged products and services for members from different industrial groups in an organized manner.
