ส.อ.ท. ร่วมงานฉลองครบรอบ 20 ปี การก่อตั้งสำนักงานเพื่อการพัฒนาแห่งสาธารณรัฐฝรั่งเศสประจำประเทศไทย

เมื่อวันที่ 2 ตุลาคม 2568 นางสาวเพชรรัตน์ เอกแสงกุล รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) เข้าร่วมแสดงความยินดีในงานเลี้ยงฉลองครบรอบ 20 ปี การก่อตั้ง สำนักงานเพื่อการพัฒนาแห่งสาธารณรัฐฝรั่งเศส (Agence Française de Développement: AFD) ณ สถานทูตฝรั่งเศสประจำประเทศไทย

ทั้งนี้ สำนักงานเพื่อการพัฒนาแห่งสาธารณรัฐฝรั่งเศส ก่อตั้งในปี 2484 ในช่วงสงครามโลกครั้งที่ 2 เพื่อเป็นหน่วยงานส่งเสริมการพัฒนาระหว่างฝรั่งเศสกับประเทศต่างๆ ตามนโยบายรัฐบาลฝรั่งเศส มีความร่วมมือกับประเทศต่างๆ กว่า 70 ประเทศทั่วโลก

สำหรับในประเทศไทย AFD ได้เปิดสำนักงานตั้งแต่ปี 2547 และมีบทบาทอย่างต่อเนื่องในการสนับสนุนทางการเงินและความร่วมมือในโครงการต่าง ๆ โดยเฉพาะในด้านการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่สังคมสีเขียวและความยั่งยืนทางพลังงาน การธนาคารและการเงิน การพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมและบริการ ตลอดจนโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและสาธารณูปโภคที่สำคัญ

ทั้งนี้ AFD ยังทำหน้าที่เป็นสะพานเชื่อมในการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านการพัฒนาระหว่างประเทศไทยกับฝรั่งเศส ตอกย้ำความสัมพันธ์อันแน่นแฟ้นระหว่างสองประเทศในมิติการพัฒนาและความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจ

On October 2, 2025, Ms. Petchrat Aksangkul, Vice President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), attended the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the French Development Agency (Agence Française de Développement: AFD) at the French Embassy in Thailand.

The French Development Agency was established in 1941 during World War II to promote development between France and various countries according to the policies of the French government, collaborating with over 70 countries worldwide.

In Thailand, AFD has been operating since 2004 and has continuously played a role in providing financial support and cooperation in various projects, particularly in the transition to a green society and sustainable energy, banking and finance, as well as development in industry and services, and key infrastructure and public utilities.

Moreover, AFD serves as a bridge for exchanging knowledge and experiences in development between Thailand and France, reinforcing the strong ties between the two countries in terms of development and economic cooperation.
