วันที่ 29 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567 นายอิศเรศ รัตนดิลก ณ ภูเก็ต รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ได้รับเกียรติเป็นวิทยากรบรรยายให้ความรู้กับผู้เข้ารับการศึกษาในหลักสูตรการพัฒนานักกฎหมายภาครัฐระดับชำนาญการขึ้นไป รุ่นที่ 34 สำนักงานคณะกรรมการกฤษฎีกา ในหัวข้อ “ความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจของรัฐกับเอกชน” ณ ห้องประชุมราชดำเนิน ชั้น 1 โรงแรมรอยัลปริ๊นเซส หลานหลวง
การบรรยายดังกล่าว นายอิศเรศได้มีการนำเสนอข้อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมไทยตามเป้าหมายการขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรมของ ส.อ.ท. เพื่อให้เกิดการยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน (Competitiveness) การขับเคลื่อน GDP ของประเทศ (Driving GDP Growth) และมุ่งสู่การพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน (SDGs) รวมถึงเสนอแนะการเร่งส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมายของประเทศไทย (S-Curve) เพื่อเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า ตลอดจนเชื่อมโยงระบบนิเวศ เพื่อขับเคลื่อนคลัสเตอร์ยานยนต์สมัยใหม่ (CFM-ONE)
ทั้งนี้ ยังเสนอแนะให้มีการเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐและเอกชนในการกำหนดนโยบายและวางแผนส่งเสริมและผลักดันเศรษฐกิจ การจัดลำดับความสำคัญ และจัดสรรงบประมาณให้เหมาะสม การมีระบบตรวจสอบและทำให้เกิดความโปร่งใส การแก้ปัญหาเชิงโครงสร้างและขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจในทุกมิติ การเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน รวมทั้งส่งเสริมการลงทุนโครงสร้างพื้นฐานผ่านการร่วมทุนของภาคเอกชน (PPP) โดยการบรรยายดังกล่าว มีผู้เข้ารับฟังบรรยายกว่า 60 ท่าน
On February 29, 2024, Mr. Isares Rahtanadilok na Phuket, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), had the honor of being a lecturer to share knowledge with participants in the 34th Public Sector Legal Development Course at the Office of the Council of State, presenting on the topic “Economic Cooperation between the Government and the Private Sector” at the Rajadamnern Meeting Room, 1st Floor, Royal Princess Hotel, Lan Luang.
During the lecture, Mr. Isares presented the proposed guidelines for the development of the Thai industry according to the FTI’s industrial driving goals to enhance competitiveness, drive the country's GDP growth, and aim for sustainable development (SDGs). He also suggested accelerating the promotion of Thailand’s target industries (S-Curve) to transition into the electric vehicle industry while connecting ecosystems to drive the modern automotive cluster (CFM-ONE).
Furthermore, he recommended strengthening cooperation between the government and private sectors in policy formulation, planning to promote and drive the economy, prioritizing and allocating budgets appropriately, establishing a system of checks and ensuring transparency, addressing structural issues, and enabling economic growth in all dimensions. He highlighted the importance of enhancing competitiveness and promoting infrastructure investment through public-private partnerships (PPP). Over 60 attendees participated in this lecture.
