เมื่อวันที่ 5 มิถุนายน 2567 นายปณิธาน ปวโรฬารวิทยา รองเลขาธิการสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) เข้าร่วมบรรยาย ในหัวข้อ “การยกระดับความสามารถในการแข่งขันของอุตสาหกรรมโลจิสติกส์และระบบราง” ในงานเวทีเสวนา ครั้งที่ 8 เรื่องการยกระดับความสามารถในการแข่งขันของอุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมายของประเทศ จัดโดย สำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (สกสว.) ร่วมกับ สำนักงานสภาพัฒนาการเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ (สศช.) สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจอุตสาหกรรม (สศอ.) และสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ณ ห้องพญาไท 1-2 โรงแรมอีสติน แกรนด์ พญาไท กรุงเทพฯ
งานดังกล่าว สำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (สกสว.) หน่วยงานในสังกัด กระทรวงการศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (อว.) ซึ่งเป็นหน่วยงานขับเคลื่อนนโยบาย จัดสรรงบประมาณไปยังหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ รวมถึงพัฒนาระบบวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (ววน.) ได้จัดขึ้นเพื่อระดมความเห็นจากภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชนและภาควิชาการ โดยจะนำข้อมูลไปใช้ในการวางแผนและออกแบบการจัดสรรงบประมาณด้านการวิจัยและนวัตกรรม รวมถึงขับเคลื่อนประเด็น เพื่อยกระดับความสามารถในการแข่งขันของอุตสาหกรรมโลจิสติกส์และระบบรางของไทย วิเคราะห์ช่องว่างความรู้ นำเสนอประเด็นโจทย์วิจัยสำคัญ และรับข้อเสนอแนะจากภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ ต่อการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมดังกล่าว ที่จะช่วยยกระดับความสามารถในการแข่งขันของประเทศให้สามารถแข่งขันกับต่างประเทศได้
On June 5, 2024, Mr. Panithan Pawarolnawit, Deputy Secretary-General of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), participated in a lecture titled “Enhancing Competitiveness of the Logistics and Rail Industry” at the 8th Forum on Enhancing Competitiveness of Target Industries in Thailand, organized by the National Science, Research and Innovation Policy Office (NSTDA) in collaboration with the National Economic and Social Development Council (NESDC), the Office of Industrial Economic (OIE), and the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) at Phayathai 1-2 Room, Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai, Bangkok.
The event, organized by the National Science, Research and Innovation Policy Office (NSTDA), an agency under the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Innovation (ESRI), which drives policy and allocates budgets to various agencies, including the development of the Science, Research and Innovation System (SRI), aimed to gather insights from the government, private sector, and academia. The information gathered will be utilized for planning and designing budget allocations for research and innovation, as well as to drive issues to enhance the competitiveness of Thailand’s logistics and rail industries, analyze knowledge gaps, present significant research challenges, and receive feedback from various sectors on the development of these industries, which will help elevate the country's competitiveness to compete with international standards.
