เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 1 สิงหาคม 2567 นายอดุล ขาวละออ รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ได้เข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดศูนย์นวัตกรรมไออาร์พีซี พร้อมเยี่ยมชมนิทรรศการและศูนย์นวัตกรรมไออาร์พีซี โดยมีนายกฤษณ์ อิ่มแสง ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารและกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ บมจ.ไออาร์พีซี กล่าวต้อนรับ และ ศ.ดร.บัณฑิต เอื้ออาภรณ์ ประธานคณะกรรมการ บมจ.ไออาร์พีซี กล่าวเปิดงาน ณ ศูนย์นวัดกรรมไออาร์พีซี ตำบลเชิงเนิน อำเภอเมืองระยอง จังหวัดระยอง
ภายในพิธีเปิดศูนย์นวัตกรรมไออาร์พีซี มีคณะกรรมการและผู้บริหารระดับสูงของกลุ่ม ปตท. และบริษัทคู่ค้า ตลอดจนผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษา เข้าร่วมด้วย รวมถึงมีการบรรยายพิเศษโดย ศ.ดร.จำรัส ลิ้มตระกูล อธิการบดีสถาบันวิทยสิริเมธี และมีพิธีลงนามสัญญาร่วมลงทุน บริษัท คลีนเทค แอนด์ บียอนด์ จำกัด
ศูนย์นวัตกรรมไออาร์พีซี จัดขึ้นเพื่อเป็นศูนย์การดำเนินงานวิจัยและพัฒนานวัตกรรม ส่งเสริมการสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มของผลิตภัณฑ์ เพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน และแสวงหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจ สอดรับกับวิสัยทัศน์และกลยุทธ์การเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน ที่มุ่งเน้นการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมการใช้วัสดุและพลังงานเพื่อชีวิตที่ลงตัว
On Thursday, August 1, 2024, Mr. Adul Khaolao, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), attended the opening ceremony of the IRPC Innovation Center and visited the exhibition and the IRPC Innovation Center, where he was welcomed by Mr. Kritsana Imsaeng, Chief Executive Officer and President of IRPC Public Company Limited, and the opening remarks were given by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bandit Ueaporn, Chairman of the Board of IRPC Public Company Limited, at the Innovation Center in Chao Nern Subdistrict, Mueang Rayong District, Rayong Province.
During the opening ceremony of the IRPC Innovation Center, members of the Board and senior executives from PTT Group and partner companies, as well as executives and faculty members from higher education institutions, also participated. A special lecture was delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jamrat Limtrakul, President of Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology, and a signing ceremony for a joint investment agreement with Clean Tech and Beyond Company Limited was held.
The IRPC Innovation Center was established to serve as a research and innovation development center, promoting the value addition of products, enhancing competitiveness, and seeking business opportunities, in line with the vision and sustainable growth strategies that focus on innovation in the use of materials and energy for a harmonious life.
