เมื่อวันอังคารที่ 20 สิงหาคม 2567 นางพิมพ์ใจ ลี้อิสสระนุกูล รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และประธานสถาบันพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์และซอฟต์พาวเวอร์ เข้าร่วมงานสัมมนาเพื่อขับเคลื่อนการปฏิรูปกฎหมาย มุ่งสู่ผลสัมฤทธิ์อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม “STO Key Policy Driving Forum 2024 : Soft Power, MICE & Transshipment” จัดโดย สำนักงานขับเคลื่อนการปฏิรูปประเทศ ยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ และการสร้างความสามัคคีปรองดอง (ป.ย.ป.) ณ โรงแรม อมารี กรุงเทพมหานคร (ประตูน้ำ)
ทั้งนี้ ภายในงานมีการบรรยายพิเศษหัวข้อต่างๆ ที่มีความสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์ซอฟต์พาวเวอร์และอุตสาหกรรมวัฒนธรรมสร้างสรรค์ไทย ตามแนวนโยบายของรัฐบาล ดังนี้
- การปฏิรูปกฎหมายเพื่อการขับเคลื่อนซอฟต์พาวเวอร์ (Soft Power) สู่เวทีโลก
- บทบาทของภาครัฐในการส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมสร้างสรรค์
- การอภิปราย หัวข้อการปฏิรูปกฎหมายและมาตรการเพื่อลดข้อจำกัดในการนำสินค้าเข้า – ออกเพื่อการแสดงสินค้าและนิทรรศการ (MICE) และการเปิดตรวจสินค้าถ่ายลำ (Transshipment)
- กระบวนการสร้างระบบนิเวศ (Ecosystem) ที่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาและขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรมวัฒนธรรมสร้างสรรค์
On Tuesday, August 20, 2024, Ms. Pimjai Leeissaranukul, Vice Chairwoman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and President of the Institute for the Development of Creative Industries and Soft Power, participated in a seminar aimed at driving legal reform toward practical outcomes titled “STO Key Policy Driving Forum 2024: Soft Power, MICE & Transshipment,” organized by the Office of National Reform, National Strategy, and Unity (Narathiwat) at the Amari Hotel, Bangkok (Pratunam).
During the event, various important topics related to driving soft power strategies and the Thai creative cultural industries were presented according to government policy, including the following:
- Legal reform to drive soft power onto the global stage
- The role of the government in promoting creative culture
- A discussion on legal reform and measures to reduce restrictions on the import – export of goods for exhibitions and trade fairs (MICE) and the opening of transshipment inspections
- The process of creating an ecosystem conducive to the development and promotion of the creative cultural industry
