ส.อ.ท. กำหนดขอบข่ายของระบบบริหารจัดการความมั่นคงปลอดภัยสารสนเทศตามมาตรฐาน ISO/IEC 27001 ครอบคลุมการให้บริการออกใบรับรองสินค้าที่ผลิตในประเทศไทย และระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่สนับสนุนการให้บริการดังกล่าว เพื่อสร้างความมั่นใจในการรักษาความลับ ความถูกต้อง และความพร้อมใช้งานของข้อมูล
FTI defines the scope of its Information Security Management System in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001, covering the Made in Thailand product certificate issuance service and the IT systems supporting it, to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.

Objectives of the Information Security Management System
- พัฒนากระบวนการบริหารจัดการความมั่นคงปลอดภัยสารสนเทศอย่างเป็นระบบและมีการพัฒนาปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องDevelop information security management processes systematically with continuous improvement.
- การให้บริการตามขอบเขตการขอรับรองมีความพร้อมใช้ (Availability) มีการรักษาความลับ (Confidentiality) และความถูกต้อง (Integrity) ที่ให้บริการแก่ผู้ใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศภายในและผู้ยื่นคำขอServices within the certification scope maintain availability, confidentiality, and integrity for internal information system users and applicants.
- ผู้ปฏิบัติงานมีการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ นโยบาย และขั้นตอนปฏิบัติที่เกี่ยวข้องPersonnel comply with relevant laws, regulations, rules, policies, and procedures.
