สภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดได้ก่อตั้งขึ้นเพื่อเป็นศูนย์รวมของผู้ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมในจังหวัด เป็นศูนย์กลางการประสานความร่วมมือระหว่างผู้ประกอบการและหน่วยงานภายนอก อาทิ ภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน สถาบันการศึกษา ตลอดจนหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องThe Provincial Industry Councils were established to serve as a hub for industrial operators within each province and as a center for coordinating cooperation between operators and external agencies, including the public sector, private sector, educational institutions, and related organizations.

แรงผลักดันในการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจในระดับท้องถิ่น โดยมีภารกิจเพื่อพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและอุตสาหกรรมที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อจังหวัดA driving force for the local economy, with the mission of developing the economy and industry for the benefit of every province.
