พันธกิจ
- พัฒนาระบบและบริการดิจิทัลที่ตอบโจทย์สมาชิกและการทำงานของหน่วยงานภายใน
- บริหารจัดการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศให้มีเสถียรภาพ พร้อมใช้งาน และปลอดภัย
- ส่งเสริมการใช้ข้อมูลและเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการตัดสินใจและปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน
งานพัฒนาระบบ (Software Development)
- วิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ และพัฒนาระบบงาน เว็บไซต์ และแพลตฟอร์มบริการดิจิทัลของ ส.อ.ท.
- ดูแล ปรับปรุง และต่อยอดระบบงานเดิมให้รองรับความต้องการใหม่ของสมาชิกและหน่วยงานภายใน
- เชื่อมโยงข้อมูลระหว่างระบบ และพัฒนาฐานข้อมูลกลางขององค์กร
- ทดสอบคุณภาพระบบ และสนับสนุนผู้ใช้งานระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น
งานโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน (Infrastructure)
- ดูแลเครื่องแม่ข่าย ระบบเครือข่าย ระบบคลาวด์ และศูนย์ข้อมูลขององค์กร
- บริหารจัดการความมั่นคงปลอดภัยสารสนเทศ การสำรองข้อมูล และการกู้คืนระบบ
- เฝ้าระวังและรักษาเสถียรภาพของระบบให้พร้อมใช้งานอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ให้บริการและสนับสนุนอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ ซอฟต์แวร์ และแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งานแก่บุคลากร (IT Support)

- To develop digital systems and services that meet the needs of members and the operations of internal agencies.
- To manage the information technology infrastructure to ensure stability, usability, and security.
- To promote the use of data and digital technology in decision-making and to improve work processes.
Software Development
- To analyze, design, and develop systems, websites, and digital service platforms for FTI.
- To maintain, upgrade, and extend existing systems to meet the new needs of members and internal agencies.
- To link data between systems and develop a centralized database for the organization.
- To test the quality of the systems and support users of the developed systems.
Infrastructure
- To oversee servers, networking systems, cloud systems, and the organization’s data centers.
- To manage information security, data backup, and system recovery.
- To monitor and maintain system stability for continuous availability.
- To provide and support computer equipment, software, and troubleshoot usage issues for personnel (IT Support).
