พันธกิจ
1. งานหลักสูตรอบรมนักอุตสาหกรรมรุ่นใหม่ พัฒนาหลักสูตร ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้รอบด้านให้กับผู้เข้าอบรม
2. สร้างเครือข่ายนักอุตสาหกรรมรุ่นใหม่ Young FTI Network เชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายนักอุตสาหกรรมรุ่นใหม่ ทั้งกรุงเทพและใน 5 ภูมิภาค
3. ส่งเสริมให้นักอุตสาหกรรมรุ่นใหม่เข้ามามีบทบาทและส่วนร่วมในการทำงานกับสภาอุตสาหกรรมมากยิ่งขึ้น

หลักสูตร Young FTI
หลักสูตร Young FTI เป็นหลักสูตรสำหรับนักอุตสาหกรรม และผู้บริหารรุ่นใหม่ ที่จะได้เรียนรู้ ฝึกฝนทักษะ พัฒนาตนเอง จากการถ่ายทอดโดยนักอุตสาหกรรม วิทยากรผู้มีชื่อเสียงชั้นนำของประเทศ ที่จะมาถ่ายทอดความรู้และประสบการณ์อันเป็นรากฐานของความสำเร็จในธุรกิจ และเป็นเวทีที่เปิดโอกาสให้มีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมต่างๆ ของสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย

Young FTI Program
The Young FTI Program is designed for new generation industrialists and executives to learn, practice skills, and develop themselves through instruction by prominent industrialists and leading trainers in the country. This program provides foundational knowledge and experience for success in business and serves as a platform for participation in various activities of the Federation of Thai Industries.
