ดัชนีความเชื่อมั่นฯ ในเดือนธันวาคม 2568 อยู่ที่ระดับ 88.2 ปรับตัวลดลง จาก 89.1 ในเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2568 ขณะที่ดัชนีคาดการณ์ 3 เดือนข้างหน้าอยู่ที่ระดับ 95.7 ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้น จาก 94.9 ในเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2568
เมื่อพิจารณาองค์ประกอบของดัชนีความเชื่อมั่นภาคอุตสาหกรรม ในเดือนธันวาคม 2568 พบว่า องค์ประกอบส่วนใหญ่ปรับตัวลดลง ขณะที่ดัชนีคาดการณ์ 3 เดือนข้างหน้า องค์ประกอบส่วนใหญ่ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้น
ในเดือนนี้มีปัจจัยลบจาก 1) เหตุปะทะบริเวณชายแดนไทย-กัมพูชา 2) ความกังวลด้านความต่อเนื่องการดำเนินนโยบายของรัฐบาลหลังมีการประกาศยุบสภา 3) การผลิตภาคอุตสาหกรรมลดลง 4) สถานการณ์ฝุ่นละออง PM2.5 ในหลายพื้นที่
อย่างไรก็ตาม ยังมีปัจจัยบวกจาก 1) การเข้าสู่ช่วงเทศกาลส่งท้ายปีและการเร่งใช้จ่ายโครงการคนละครึ่งพลัสก่อนสิ้นสุดวันที่ 31 ธ.ค. 2568 2) คณะกรรมการนโยบายการเงิน (กนง.) มีมติลดอัตราดอกเบี้ยนโยบาย 0.25% ต่อปี เป็น 1.25% ต่อปี 3) คณะกรรมการบริการกองทุนน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง (กบน.) มีมติปรับลดอัตราเงินกองทุนน้ำมันดีเซลลง 20 สตางค์/ลิตร 4) มาตรการช่วยเหลือค่าครองชีพ อาทิ เงินเยียวยาผู้ประสบอุทกภัย เงินช่วยเหลือชาวนา

However, there were also positive factors from 1) the onset of the year-end festival season and the acceleration of spending under the Krungthai Economic Plus scheme before it ends on December 31, 2025 2) the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) voted to reduce the policy interest rate by 0.25% per annum to 1.25% per annum 3) the Petroleum Fund Board (PFB) voted to reduce the diesel oil fund rate by 20 satang/liter 4) measures to assist with living costs, such as compensation for flood victims and assistance for farmers.
